If you’re looking for random bills of 600+ dollars this is the company for you to do business with.

I had no idea I was even a customer of Mr Buggs, until they apparently decided they needed to do a 612 dollar termite service on my home. Did I get a phone call prior to the service? No. Did I give them permission to do the service for the 612 price tag? No.

What a business model..

Steer clear.

Spoke to the office manager of my local branch. She could not have been more helpful and explained that if I wanted to cancel my termite service through Mr Buggs that I would not owe anything on my bill.

Mr. Bugg's bought my termite service from Dave's Pest Control. They showed up once to inspect the bait stations and said they would be back to swap out the bait stations to they're system. They never called, emailed or otherwise sent me any communications and then cancelled my contract without my knowledge. After several emails they agreed to send out a technician to reestablish service. The technician told me they couldn't cover my property because of limited access in the crawlspace. The previous technician from Mr. Bugg's had said they would be able to provide coverage but only a treatment bond rather than a full replacement. Now I have to hire another service and pay $595 to get established even though I paid Dave's $700 three years ago. Very frustrating experience all around with Mr. Bugg's, I would avoid them if you can.

Great customer service, tech was quick to arrive and friendly. My issue is with the treatment. It did nothing to help with the millipedes, in fact they are now worse. Going back to Amazon for more DIY efforts. *sigh*

Can't remember how long it has been (since it has been THAT long) Mr. Buggs has protected our house. Our tech is Ken, and now Harrison. Ken has always done a fantastic job, and been very knowledgeable with my many questions. I think over many years there has only been two times I have had to call for service between the regular scheduled visits, and both times he responded quickly. I highly recommend Ken and this company to any one who asks. We also trust him with our termite inspection and termite insurance policy on our home.
