Have had a great time on flights ZRH-DUB-JFK and retour in Business Class. Even if it was my first Business Class flight at all and I can not yet compare to other Airlines, it was really fantastic! Fair prices, charming service abord and the feeling of being at home over the clouds. Just wonderful.

Some attendants were horrible in regards to customer service on our flight to Ireland. We were treated as if we were children.
Flight attendants def are somewhat frown faced and no smiles. Needs lesson on good customer service. It's not that hard.
The audio visual always gets cut off after an announcement is made by the pilot which defeats the purpose of watching the movies. Also the announcement is WAY WAY TOO LOUD and hurts everyone's ears whenever an announcement is made when you use an ear plug. It still hurts as I write this review.
On a good note, the chairs were def wider than TAP airlines which is what we took when we went to Lisbon.
Terrible experience, I have flown Aer Lingus twice and twice my flight got canceled and i was stuck in Dublin for a night. I would rate the whole experience with this airline as terrible. Very slow check ins, bad customer service and clearly unreliable. I will never fly Aer Lingus again. Also, charging for coffee? On our connecting flight they were charging for coffee!
Bad service, poorly organized. Airline lost my suitcase on the return flight to NY. Stewardesses in main cabin on our flight were very aggressive: kept running back and forth and hitting customers in the aisle with their behinds, no apologies. Not too comfortable.
Best option if flying from the USA to Ireland in business class. They have their own lounge at JFK T5 and a permanent check in set up. Great food, staff, seat. The only thing lacking is the entertainment but on a five and a half hour flight they have plenty.
