  January, 24th I spoke with Glen about my vehicle that was in an accident. One of the best customer service experience I have ever encountered. He took the time to explaine what might have happened to my car, potential options for me to consider regarding parts, towing options and loaner vehicle options. He took the time to answer any question I had, which where many and did not rush the call even when it was a few minutes after the shop closed on a Friday.
  
  This company has many loaner vehicles.
  I can say first impressions are often lasting impressions, this one is a 5+ star first impression.
