I just got my car back after hitting a deer. The Utley's did an awesome job on it! They communicated with my insurance adjuster so that I didn't have to. They actually saved me money! They communicated with my husband and I if there was ever a question. They went above and beyond and had my car looking new again! Check them out if you're in need of a great auto body shop!

We did business with this auto shop months ago for a wheel alignment. We thought they did a great job, except for the extremely lack of communication and not knowing the car was finished until nearly 4 hours AFTER it was done because WE called, until we went down the road a little and the car started wobbling. Turns out they didn't tighten one of the wheels at all and it almost came off.

Then a week ago the starter went out and had to be towed from a parking lot, and this shop is where it was taken. A week later a vague statement was written by us on Facebook, which didn't state the company name or anything, stating it would be nice to have our car back and that it doesn't take a week to replace a starter. We had been checking in everyday due to the poor customer service experience the previous time. This time we were greeted by the owner with a extremely condescending "No your cars not done" while holding our keys as if bringing them out to return them. He then continued to act belittling, stating he didn't appreciate people "slandering his business", was extremely rude and profane, and to be blunt acted like a child instead of a professional businessman.

In summary, don't do business with these people. Their work is half assed and lazy, their service is terrible, and their attitude is atrocious.

They did a good job. Replaced a couple O2 sensors, sway bar, etc. Good quality work. Nice guys.

This is the first Google review I've ever done. I decided after going to this auto shop I had to do this! I took my car in for an estimate after another person had debris fall out of their truck bed and damaging my new car. The insurance adjuster cut a check to me for about $90 less then what the estimate was for. Utley's Auto Body took the time to call the adjuster and discovered the adjuster didn't account for some of the paint that was needed to fix my car. With in hours I had a call and an additional check in the mail to help cover the cost. When I arrived to pick up my car they had stayed after hours a few minutes to meet me and had my car washed and vacuumed. The work is fantastic and their attention to detail is amazing. Thank you!
