I went into the store this morning to clean my rings and get new watch batteries. They told me it took about a week to get my ring cleaned. When I questioned why it took so long and that I had never encountered this at other jewelers, they told me they have been in business for awhile and people trust them. Fine, so I started to leave my items with them. About 3 minutes later a man who I'm assuming is the owner came out and said. You know that's insulting that you would said people don't trust us. I said that's not what I meant. I would just feel weird without my ring for a week trying to diffuse the situation. He continued to say how insulting it was even though I said that was not how I meant it. And then he said I could take my business elsewhere which I did. That being said. 1. Being that I'm a first time customer why would I know how long they've been in business? 2. Why does that mean I automatically have to trust them? Doesn't a business have to gain a consumers trust? 3. After I said that wasn't what I meant why would the owner continue to talk back to me in a rude way? I am in the business of customer service on a daily basis and I am appalled at the way I was treated. There are a million other jewelry stores who deserve business. Horrible!

I had a European cut diamond and platinum band of my grandmother's that was close to 100 years of age. A stone fell out and upon inspection it was clear to Addessi's amazing Lorella Colonna that the ring was so beaten up it needed a complete overhaul. With 24 differently sized stones this was quite a challenge. Lorella, store manager and Addessi's jeweler Jeff spent time with me, lots of time, reviewing various settings that might accommodate both the irregularities common to European cut diamonds with my taste preferences and heavy wear and together we came up with a custom made ring that was far more than the sum of its parts!!!

Thank you. I am now very bling happy. What impressed me most of all was the patience and attention to detail that was paid to this project. Bravos all around.

I recently went to Addessi to have some old jewelry I wasn't wearing reworked into more functional pieces. After having been a couple of other jewelers, I was happy to work with Lorella at Addessi. She is very knowledgeable and professional and had good ideas for new pieces.
I couldn't be more pleased with the craftsmanship and beauty of the final product!

My fiance and I recently purchased a very unique and custom made wedding ring at Addessi Jewelers and we could not be more pleased. We primarily dealt with Lorella, who was very pleasant and helpful with our purchase and was willing to work with us as we determined exactly what we wanted. Lorella arranged for several rings to be shipped to the store so that we could better determine the style of ring we wanted without being limited to the in-store options. Once we decided we wanted to move forward with a custom ring, Lorella arranged to have molds of the custom design created and sent to the store so that we could try them on with my engagement ring to ensure it was the look we had envisioned. Overall, we had a great experience with Addessi Jewlers and would recommend them to all.

Addessi Jewelers is the definition of why you shop local. Great service, great products, at reasonable prices. Lorella and team could not have done more to provide a great experience - and the rings were perfect for our wedding! One could not ask for more.
