THIS IS A ZERO STAR RATING !!! I really just wanted to leave a review, but u at least give a star to write one. They are all a bunch of rip off artists !!! Bought a car & a $1500 extended warranty 16 months ago @ the Columbus location & the damn warranty won't cover the now $1500 problem i have. So y have the warranty if it don't do anything for you. Went to go talk to them (Jay McCracken) & all i get is i cant help you wit a smirky smile that made my girl wanna slap him !

Bought a car from them and ever since then I have been taking it to the shop to get it fixed. I've only just now gotten a thousand miles on it and the injector manifold is all but trashed. FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO GET CARS BECAUSE THEY OBVIOUSLY DO NOT CHECK AND REPAIR THEM. I'm placed with a 5000 dollar car that I now have only put 250 dollars on the payments and 1000 dollars on repairs. Pisses me off that I ask for a reliable car and they shoot me a car that has more problems then it's worth.
