Got my car back with the auto windows not working after a battery replacement. It worked when I dropped it off and I know that for sure as I had just drove through the bank on my way there. A quick Google search told me this is common and this function needs to be reset after battery change. Instead of fixing the problem they told me something was wrong with the car and I should schedule appointment to fix it. Not the kind of work expected from an expensive specialty shop. They have gone down hill over the past few years and I won't be back.

These guys are very knowledgeable and do quality repairs. Prices are sort of high, but they do solid work. Desk staff is also quite friendly. They can't always get you in or out quick, but a testament to how busy they are I reckon.
