I received same day estimates and service with reasonable pricing. Falah did a wonderful job, arrived within the time frame offered, finished within an hour or so and even gave me good tips on how to maintain the service. Would recommend to anyone with garage door needs!

Glad I came across their contact online searching after my garage spring snapped in half. Called the number and set up a no obligation visit for estimate within 2 hours. Arthur showed up on time, determined the issue and provided a very reasonable quote for the repair with parts in hand. I agreed and straight to work he went carefully replacing the spring and testing operations. Definitely calling back for any future repairs. One happy camper.

The technician came within four hours of my first call. He assessed the problem and set about fixing it on the spot. The price was very reasonable. Afterward we talked about a long term replacement solution and he promised a quote for the project. I was very impressed with the expertise and professionalism of the technician. Based on my experience I would happily recommend Ace's Garage Door.

My service with Ace Garage Door was extremely poor. I would like to clarify that the technician’s support was quick and efficient for an easy fix. However, getting the technician on site to do the repair was a gargantuan task. This service was not focused on having a retaining a repeat customer which I was up until today. Dispatch encouraged me to take a morning appointment because the tech will start their day from my town. They indicated I would be one of the first customers serviced never happened for me. My window was from 9-1 and dispatch continued telling me that the tech would contact me directly with their ETA, which never happened. They tried to reach the tech with no success they offered to reschedule for Monday 8-12. At 1250 I called back to reschedule.
On Monday, the tech missed the window again. I was notified at 1220 I by dispatch stating the tech was on their way. The tech arrived at 1252.
I had to take off from work both days. I would like to bill ACE for my time for the now show and the missed window. To me it’s obvious that my time wasn’t valued by ACE Garage at all.
