I purchased a 4 piece leather sofa set. Almost one year after buying, the leather finish started coming off on multiple pieces. We treated the furniture well and had minor use. I would have expected the furniture to last longer for the price we had paid. I had contacted Abbyson Living and they would not do anything since past the one year warranty. They asked for pictures and referred me to a furniture repair contact at my own expense. Again, this must have been cheap leather and poor quality. I'll stay away from buying from them in the future. The couch is comfy but not very pretty with the color coming off the furniture. It will be relocated to the basement where it belongs in the future.

Great customer service and responsiveness to an inquiry I placed about an item. Maria was quick to respond and attend to my problem in a satisfactory manor. The products I purchased from there are good quality for the price as well. Would definitely recommend.

Hayden 6-pc King Bedroom Set-Very, very happy with our purchase from beginning to end. The delivery was set up to coincide with the purchase of our new home and they were happy to accommodate. The furniture is good quality and better than we expected. Had a small issue with the set-up from delivery people and Abbyson was so quick to handle the issue and really went the extra mile. Will definitely purchase through Abbyson again!

Contact with Abbyson Living has been awesome. The living room set took approximately a month to get here and another week to schedule the delivery. The men who delivered our furniture were careful and polite. The leather is soft and the padding is thick but comfortable. Cristina H. is excellent to work with; she is friendly and expediently answers all questions and she went above and beyond to quickly coordinate with Costco regarding a refund we were due. The overall experience couldn't have gone better.

I ordered a large order with them. They were good in the beginning and seemed promising but then kept giving me false information about delivery dates. Every time I called (mostly emailed because I could barely get someone on the phone) I got a different answer about when my furniture would arrive. They were so confident in their answers on the status of my order, reassured me that it would be delivered soon but then that day would come and my furniture hadn’t even left their warehouse yet. Way too much hassle and wait time. Not worth the money. I cancelled my order and found better places.
