Don't do business with this people, brand new house with 3 car garage and the bigger door broke the cable and slammed to the ground. To this day i'm still waiting for them to repair it and it's been over 3 months, my panels are wrinkled and they won't honor the warranty to get them replaced, they told me they had a warranty claim with the factory and after 3 months i checked with the factory and they haven't heard from them in over 6 months. no way to give 0 stars

Had a 11-3 window block to come replace a spring on the garage door, closer to 130 a call was made to find out the status. Was told closer to 3. Okay, perfectly fine. 530 comes around, no call, no show. Have the common courtesy to tell your customers that you are not going to show up like you were supposed to. There is a reason why you guys have so many horrible reviews, and now I see why

I never write reviews but this company need to be put out of business. I was sleep and my wife woke me up and told me the guy was cursing at her. I go to talk to him he tells me its to much stuff in the way. I offered to move the stuff he make a smart comment. Then i asked why did he park in my yard the way he park. He parked in an angle hitting the green box in the yard. He responded by saying I'm leaving because i don't like you, so call the office. Then he ride up and down my neighborhood scaring my 6 year old son. Very unprofessional. One star is to much.

This company in unprofessional. Calvin was very unhelpful, aggressive and unprofessional. Poor customer service.
