This is a great place for entire families to learn martial arts. But, it's not just about taekwondo, but also about teaching the fundamentals of ethics and morals, communication, self worth, and hard work. It's not just a school, it becomes a family.

Instructors and staff push students to better themselves by teaching leadership skills, physical fitness, and overall respect. These programs are just as valuable to adults as they are to children. As a young adult I have gained the self-confidence I've been missing. My instructors have also encouraged me to improve my health and set new goals for myself everyday. The friendships I have made through ATA Excellence Martial Arts are one of a kind and dear to my heart!

Excellence is all that I can say about Hayden's ATA. Everything is approached with integrity and with the highest amount of respect possible. The atmosphere is wholesome and the environment is extramural clean. We home school and it has proven to be the best investment not only of our time and money but also in my child. Her self confidence and leadership have grown more than I could have ever imagined. Mr. Hayden and his staff are just amazing in their individual personalities but also in their knowledge and dedication to the students. Awesome job, Keep up the good work.

I found Hayden's Ata when I was trying to find an after school activity that would help my daughter. I checked into several things but when we went and met with Mr. Hayden we found that from what he was telling us Karate would help with a lot of my daughters issues in school. After a month of Karate we were seeing a huge improvement in my daughter. Her teacher at school was even commenting on how much her focus had improved. At home we also noticed that she was learning to control her emotions so much better!! I recommend them 200% they are so good with my daughter they talk about focus and respect and everything in between. My daughter loves it so much she had her birthday party there this past Sunday!! All the kids invited now are asking to have theirs there too! They are truly awesome! Love them!
