I love this place! My grandma, great-uncle, great-aunt, & a couple of friends all live here & it's such a wonderful little "community" atmosphere! The staff is super friendly, attentive, & always SO caring! It's always so clean, & there're nice open areas for dinning & activities with lots of windows to enjoy the view while dining & such. They have lots of activities for the residents to participate in & they can make all kinds of friends while doing them! I highly recommend checking it out & taking a free tour of the building & check out the awesome apartments that are available There are regular apartments & studio apartments also available, some even have their own patio/balcony. They also have an option to bring your pet to live with you in your apartment.

the only people to give this place a good review are the people who work there and are paid to do so. BEWARE they promise you anything and everything to get poor uniformed seniors in there to take their money but never give what they are promised. The food is disgusting. The housekeepers spend more time in the break room than they do cleaning! This place is a SCAM! After moving in, we found out they aren't even a licensed facility- so how do they take insurance?!?!

I have worked at Smith Farms Manor for 11 years. I absolutely love and cherish all the relationships I have made with the residents. I have enjoyed helping them make Smith Farms Manor their home.

My Mother lived at Smith Farms Manor for many years. She loved her first floor one-bedroom apartment as it had its own patio. She enjoyed gardening, and the patio allowed her to have containers filled with flowers.
