They were charging 6.25 a game it was $93 for 5 of us to bowl 3 games each which is insanely overcharging. I have no idea how they expect a family to go out a night of fun for that price. We bowl all the time and on leagues all over the most we ever pay is $4 a game. You should be ashamed of your company taking advantage of people like that. We left and bowled in Muskego for $3 a game.
Great fun with friends. Fun game room with pac man and a GIANT CRANE. Thanks for the good times
Lanes always break down even though they received an "upgrade". Parking lot consistently has vehicles that get broken into and security cameras can't pick it up because they refuse to replace parking lot lights. Security is bad all around. This is a bowling alley, not a night club. Music is always blasting In a bad way. Every year prices go up, service goes down. Way too many broken promises to loyal league members Stay away at all cost
Terrible. I would never return. If it was possible to give this place 0 stars I would. First they said that it was 20 dollars for the entire lane but then made every person pay 20 dollars. Then our lane froze and we talked to the worker who said that the maintenance guy was working on it. However it took 20 minutes for them to "fix" it but that never actually happened, they just transferred us to a different lane. They never gave us the additional 20 minutes. Also, the food was incredibly overpriced. So overall, horrible service, overpriced food and not a place I would recommend for others.
My family and I came here for a few hours of fun and that's exactly what we did. The food was good, the drinks were good. The bartender and manager were great, mgr even offered to help carry our food to the table. My kids had a better time than expected and I love seeing my mother smile and have fun. The food came out in a very timely manner. The only thing I can say is cashier taking the food order was off to the side and on her phone and didn't see me walk up. I stood there for a while until I got her attention and asked if I can place an order. My experience made up for it though. I'll definitely return and recommend.
Fun bowling for all ages, is newly remodeled, has a new gameroom
Huge bowling alley, two full sides. Snack bar hostess was rude Didn't include sour cream on my super nachos and claimed i would have to pay extra, when it states it on the menu as included!
I enjoy going with my family/friends.
Each experience is pleasant with the staff that are present
So my wife and I purchased the "summer pass" , when we arrive there, there is a huge sign that says "OPEN BOWLING". Well not for us. Apparently they were full, the lanes on the other side are being worked on. Tell me what is the point to sell these cards if you can't accommodate customers who purchased. Management just rude and no remorse !!! If it sounds too good to be true more than likely it is. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!
This place had very nice service and great food
Very nice friendly helpful clean place. The location is terrible though. But still, definitely a place I would take my children.
Between this bowling alley and some of the school systems they put together this program called Special Olympics. And I think it's a phenomenal program because it gives kids that have certain disabilities a chance to learn how to bowl and work as a team. In the end everybody walks out as a winner :-)
Great for bowling, not so great for food. They are so slow with orders.
I've been coming here a couple years, and now I'm in a league. The employees and bowlers are friendly. There's a small but decent beer selection. The guys in the kitchen know what they're doing. Yeah, it's kind of outdated in some places, but they're in the process of renovating.
