This is my favorite theater. It has everything I look for in a theater. Good competent staff with nice selection of food and drink.

Source of great place to come and bring my grandson but we favor Edwards Theater we came here because they had the IMAX

We went to see Star Wars: The Last Jedi, Saturday night on opening weekend, 45 minutes before the movie started at 10:00pm. We knew that there was going to be a line but what we didn't know is that we were going to have to walk behind the theater, wait outside on top of a parking garage for 40 minutes, and be late for the movie! After inquiring about what the heck was going on, at 10:05 they sent somebody over to get us (after I asked!). One of the staff said, "we came to get a group here 30 minutes ago, over half the theater is full already". Here, my wife and I are standing outside, first in this line, and I had gone back over to ask concessions what was going on, and NOW they say that they already seated people? Unbelievable. We waited FOURTY-FIVE MINUTES outside for NO REASON. Even if they came out "30 minutes ago" then why wouldn't they keep coming out to check? Unbelievable. I would give this theater a 0 star review if they hadn't reimbursed us for their stupidity!

Always a good family place to choose. Only thing when they get super busy the restrooms are always dirty, and snack area; and staff seems to be more rude.

Very disappointed. I planned yesterday to surprise both of my boys by taking them to see the new movie Coco after my son got out of school at 6 p.m. We were going to see the 6:45 p.m. showing and it was perfect because since funds are low I planned to go on discount Tuesday. We ate quickly and rushed over to the theater just to find out that the showing was a 3D movie which it did not indicate on Moviefone like it normally does. I do not like 3D movies and my 20 month old son (his first movie) is not going to wear the glasses and sit through a 3D movie. The next showing at 7:15 was a Spanish only showing which again was not indicated on Moviefone. The following movie was at 9 p.m. which is way past my kids bedtime on a weekday. I asked to speak to the manager to see if he would honor discount Tuesday pricing on another day since it was not indicated that it was a 3D movie followed by Spanish movie and he said there was nothing he could do about that. Had we known it was 3D then Spanish we would have gone to Dos Lagos to catch their showing. I'm highly disappointed because me and my husband are avid moviegoers, we give a lot of our business to this local Riverside AMC, and we are Premier members. Minimally, I think a manager should be able to make exceptions or provide discounted tickets in unique circumstances like this - that makes for great customer service. I think he could do something but just didn't want to. Unfortunately we had to walk away and my oldest son was upset because now the surprise was not happening. We will have to wait another week until it's discounted again and this time we'll just take our business to a different theater.

Cool theater. The food is awesome and you can buy drinks if you want to. It can take a while to get your food though and sometimes the portions are small.

Though the theater is a very nice and clean theater, they lost stars with me on what I realize a weekday showing at 7:00 pm. However when the mgmt on duty is gossiping at the counter while customers wait that is not great service.

Amc is always awesome. However tonight driving out of the parking structure. 2 cars were racing and making the car alarms go off. Be careful driving out if u park on top

For a movie theater the seats are nice, the bathrooms are super clean, and the customer service is fast and friendly. Never had an issue here. Bar on site, and fast check in for digital tickets. Have your phone ready, so you don't end up being those people who hold up the line AND get mad because you weren't ready. ;)
