Unless you are up for water damage on your stored items I would go else wear. I just took out my Christmas decorations and found that several of the boxes had gotten wet and I had numerous decorations ruined including some antique nutcrackers. This is the second time this has happened. They told me it had been fixed after the first incident. Anthony the "manager" looked in the unit and said he could not see any leaks. The janitor walked by while we were there and said it was a long time problem but Anthony made a condescending remark that Lumer didn't understand what we were talking about. Lumer has been there for about 14 years. The only reason this place gets 1 star is because of how clean Lumer keeps it.

Anthony and Jesse were amazing. Customer service was beyond top notch. The process was smooth and timely. Pick up and drop off was easy. They explained everything thoroughly and went way over and beyond and out of their way to help us! I cannot express my gratitude enough to them. I will definitely recommend them to anyone and will definitely be back should I ever need to rent again. Guys, seriously thank you so much for all of your help. If I could give you ten stars I would. Well the good new is I was able to rent a trailer from them. I got hassled by a manager into purchasing extra insurance and was told numerous times that the trailer was new and I would be charged for any ding or dent. I've never been hassled using the 67th and Bell location. I will say that the ladies working there were very nice.

First of all the staff is incredibly rude. When asking questions a young man (named Poole I believe) is stuck up and completely unhelpful. He will make you feel uneasy the entire time while the manager allows this situation to happen even watching her employees be rude. Unfortunately that is the least of the issue. We rented a truck and trailer to go to Utah and brought up the fact one of the tires they were giving us didn't look so well. They said that it was fine and we trusted that. Here we are on the side of the road for 2 hours with a blow out. "Professionals" right? Save your time and money. I'm not one to write reviews ever but skip Uhaul all together so you don't end up stranded for hours too.

A great place to stop and get your propane I recommend going inside instead of pushing the buzzer it doesn't always work.

Although we weren't renting from them, they were very helpful. We were from out of town and had a flat tire and they tried to air it back up and when it didn't work, they allowed us to change the tire in their parking lot. Super helpful and very nice!

Great service! There was some broken glass on the ramp that cut my friends hand and the person who checked up back in offered to help clean out the cut. Now that is excellent service!

They failed to give me a quote at all for miles traveled, 'guessed' what the cost would be, when the charge comes around i got charged twice for $80 for what reason. When i was quoted around 105. I call to ask and they said a manager will call me back and I rented the vehicle for two days when in reality it was same day lol. Wtf kind of buisness practice is this where a customer wants money back and they say a manager will call you when there not busy. Terrible customer service, check your bank statements after dealing with these crooks. P.s. the staff looks like junkies and im sadly not kidding when I say this.

Made a reservation online a month in advance. Got a phone call the day of pick up 10 minutes saying saying that our truck was going to be an hour later than promised. Called an hour later and the time was pushed back another 45 minutes. When we arrived, they had one person working and 4 people deep in the store. We waited another hour. Just awful.

I give 4stars because our rental went fine our equipment was good. we rented a truck and trailer here. this location sucks, they have no space to hook up a trailer and do a return. on top of that I don't like the attitude of the return tech. he blocked the entry way so our trailer was a barely out of the road then he had a truck parked reverse where you return at and I didn't appreciate the attitude we got when he told us to back up. everything else was good.
