The renovation is nearly complete (only the bar and lounge are yet to be completed); and now Muncie is able offer one of the best movie viewing experiences in Indiana. The new seats and clean theaters make for a remarkable upgrade to the already strong customer service. Additionally the screens, projectors and sound equipment are all in top notch quality, unlike some recent visits to other movie theaters throughout Indiana. The only thing that stinks is: with this cinema house being the only one in Muncie it is limited only to the most popular of mainstream titles with only a rare and limited period of screen time for anything slightly below the mainstream radar. (At the time of this review:) films on screens throughout the world that won’t be in Muncie: Loving Vincent, Lady Bird, Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri, Last Flag Flying, The Killing Of A Sacred Deer, The Florida Project, Battle Of The Sexes, etc. I wish this university town could at the least motivate the only theater in town to dedicate single screen to these ‘other’ titles.

The new remodel is looking great and the addition of an Imax is awesome. The reclining seats are really comfortable. Just wish they could have spent more money on sound proofing each theater. I think I heard more of the movie in the theater next to me.

Waited in line for 12 minutes and then the girl at the concession was rude. I went back to get a refill of popcorn for my daughter and she told me they didn’t give refills on the size I bought (which is RIDICULOUS since I paid $17 for popcorn and a slushee) it would have been nice to know that before I ordered. 🙄

They’re remodeling and putting in better seats well I booked tickets with my phone for Thor Ragnarok and found out it was assigned seating only and they were going to put me, my husband, and 12 yr old son on all opposite sides of the theater. Wow I want to go watch a movie as a family but not sit together?! They wouldn’t bend wouldn’t change, there were 3 other groups while I was waiting for a refund who also had an issue with the asssigned seating. Sure let’s remodel, jack up our prices and ONLY let people sit where we tell them to and screw those families!

Seats are nice but bought my family movie tickets and they closed down the food 10 minutes into the movie so we were not able to enjoy any drink or food . While not having a drink for 2.5 hours your mouth gets super dry .

Lol answer your damn phone. Tried calling about advanced tickets and can't get ahold of anyone. There's no way you guys have heavy call volume on a Wednesday early afternoon -____-

The Website is terrible. It does not list movie times or it will list movie times for the next day but then on that day it says no movie times available. To get support, the local theater says go to the website. The website phone support says call the local theater. THIS is PATHETIC

They have reduced their showtime hours, doesn't seem like they offer showtimes after 8:00PM, which is a shame because I work late, and me, the wife, and family always liked to go to a later showing to avoid the crowds and noisy kids I used to go a few times a month, but since they reduced hours I've been one time all summer, and it was a bad noisy experience, I would rather drive all the way to pendleton, catch a late night showing in a higher quality theater, than be forced to do that again. Food and drinks are extremely overpriced, but that's everywhere nowadays. If you don't spring for the Premium Pass you just feel like a second rate custome when some cuts in front of you not a great place, could do several things a lot better if they wanted to

Price is high but they do have premiere lines which is fantastic. The cashier was super nice! Theatre is clean. Especially love the reclining seats.

Nice, clean movie theater! Everything was fine, biggest complaint--snack bar prices were too high! Eveyone knows movie popcorn and candy is very high priced, but this theater was ridiculously priced on everything and not just by a dollar or two but a few dollars. So high that it will make me check other theaters first if a movie comes out I want to see, like at Anderson or something.

The theatres were clean and well maintained. It was well staffed which allowed the lines to move more quickly. The restrooms weren't disgusting but could have used more attention. Overall enjoyable experience.

I went to see a 2 pm showing of The Shining. 12 bucks. I was told the price was so high because of "extras". There were none except a TCM guy introducing the flick. Then as the movie was starting the lights were still on in the theater. I had to leave and go to the lobby and complain. Not worth the time or money.
