Any doctor I have had has been awesome. Jill Ciccariello was so kind and it was quite clear she knew her stuff. She always has the best solution to any issue I have had( asthma, virus, etc). I will not go anywhere but this urgent care.

Very quick. The doctor and nurse were very nice. Front desk check in could have been more pleasant but the main people ( nurse & doc) were amazing.. keep up good work

Quick and easy Sunday morning.
Efficient process
Through evaluation
Only criticisms are script sent to wrong pharmacy and wasn't able to use link to register for visit.
All in all great experience and I would recommend if your primary physician or a colleague is not available.

The care given at this facility was excellent, from the receptionist to the nurse practitioner. The recommended treatment in the office brought great relief and I am sure the prescribed medication to follow, will finish the treatment in the same way.
The friendly staff really enhanced the visit. Since I'm away from home, it is comforting to know that this urgent care office is nearby.response / report this review -

I walked in on a Sunday morning without an appointment for a DOT physical and was greeted very kindly. The staff was very helpful and sped things along nicely. Jill the NP on duty was very pleasant and always had a big smile which kept me very comfortable. I would highly recommended this urgent care in N Andover for all your needs and especially accommodating DOT physicals on a Sunday. Thank you !!

This was perhaps the worst experience I've ever had. The employees were nice enough but how.. does it take almost 2 hours door to door for a steep test. My office is 5 min from the AFC in N. ANDOVER. I can't believe I was gone over 2 hours. They were lost and forgot I was there I could hear them talking. One RN said he's discharged the other said isn't the door still closed? Horrific.

Great service. I suspected I had broken my toe which is a problem since I am a runner. Going to the ER is overkill for such a minor injury but I wanted to find out if it was broken. I waited for about ten to fifteen minutes to see someone and went into get x-rays directly after. Not much can be done for a toe but they taped it and gave me crutches. Very prompt and courteous. I hope I don't need to go again but would recommend as a great walk in service.

I went to the Urgent Care Center in North Andover after driving 8.5 hours from my home in the Washington, DC area, to receive treatment for a very severe case of poison ivy I contracted from my dog. The staff was extremely helpful and I was seen within an hour of my arrival time. The Doctor was very cordial, apologized for the waiting period (I've waited for much longer periods of time in the pastnot a big deal). I was immediately treated and my prescription was "called in" by a member of the staff to the neighborhood drug store. The cost of the visit was nothing (a few years ago I went to the emergency room at a local hospital in New Hampshire and the same treatment and much longer waiting period cost my almost $700). I a now a big fan of the Urgent Care Centers for routine illnesses and injuries, and will not hesitate to visit them again should the need arise. Thank you for the wonderful care you provided to me, to make my life more manageable and comfortable while visiting my family in the Massachusetts/New Hampshire area.

After pentucket medical urgent care sent my wife home with double pneumonia station she had a viral chest cold (had her in the er two days later and much more I'll).We decided to try someplace different. AFC has an awesome staff. They are all friendly and the health care professionals all listen to you! Yesterday I took my son in for a soar throat and turns out he has strep. We were in and out in 20 minutes with a prescription and feeling satisfied he received a good diagnosis and proper care. This is now our urgent Care facility! Thank you AFC.

It is usually not a phrase one associates with a doctor's office, but I love this place. Prompt, courteous and professional . and friendly. I have been here probably 4 times in the past year. It is open late enough so that I can get there after work. I trust this place which is huge when it comes to medical care. If I could, I would even make it my primary care, but that is not its business model. Even so very convenient and a go-to if you are busy and cannot squeeze in a doctor's visit or in between primaries.

My experience at AFC North Andover was amazingly quick and very thorough. They helped me with my issue better and faster than I had expected. Jennifer W. was so helpful and she explained the procedure. I would definitely go back and recommend this place to friends and family 100%

I had to take my daughter to Doctor's Express today and hands down, it is so much easier than going to the emergency room or pediatrician. We have been to the North Andover office three times in the last year and we have never been there longer than an hour. The front desk staff are always friendly and efficient as are the doctor/N.P. and support staff. So much easier than having to wait for a call back from the pedi office only to have to go there, wait and then go elsewhere for x-rays. It's nice to have another place to go for urgent, non-emergent care!

Great experience! Very welcoming staff. Had to have X-rays on my hand. The tech Amy was great! Very efficient. Clean all around. Will definitely go back!
