  Unfortunately, I cannot give this business, the owner or the employees "SO CALLED hairdressers" less than 1 star. BEWARE!! I booked two appointments with Melissa and when my daughter arrived for her appt, she was told Melissa was out and Amy would be her hairdresser. AMY butchered my daughter's hair, has no idea what a "layer & face frame" means and is rude and won't spend more than 12 minutes on your hair!! My daughter nor I have EVER HAD SUCH A HORRIBLE HAIRCUT, EVER!! Then they want to offer "hair enhancement" LMAO, like you're gonna trust them to touch your hair AGAIN!! The supposed manager, Melissa, tried to make it right, but in the end all she did was cover and lie for the owner, then walked away with the idea that they should be trusted to touch your hair AGAIN!! Of course, once they had my money, The owner wouldn't call me back BECAUSE SHE'S BUSY taking other customers money!! 3 days later she calls and is SO UNPROFESSIONAL that she can't leave a message. The only thing I got in the 40 second conversation with SAM the "owner" was SUPPOSEDLY my two appointments were never scheduled with Melissa!!! WTH!! BEWARE Melissa, Amy and the others are stealing your appointments!!! I wouldn't trust SAM either, she seems convinced that I did not schedule two appts to have my hair done by YOU!! I KNOW who I scheduled to do my hair and I specifically asked for Melissa!! What IS GOING ON HERE? AMY BUTCHERED TWO haircuts IN 3 DAYS???? MELISSA ADMITTED THEY WERE BUTCHERED and would need to be "ENHANCED", OH GOD, there's that word again. NO THANK YOU!!! AND I WOULD SAY TO ANYONE
  "DON'T BOTHER, UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE LIED TO, CHEATED, TREATED LIKE YOU DON'T MATTER AND WALK AWAY WITH A BUTCHERED "SUPPOSED HAIRCUT".
  AMY - NOT ONLY ARE YOU A LIAR AND INCOMPETENT you're NOT WORTH THE price of the haircut OR THE $10.00 TIP I LEFT YOU FOR EACH BUTCHER you performed!!!!

  I called and left a message to make an appointment last week, never got a call back. Today I called to make an appointment and again no answer. Does no one work there? Ok, I'll go else where, thank you.

  I went it and got a 70s hair cut. I called and asked for a manager and never received a call back. The people were nice. But now I have a hair cut that I can't do anything with. A call back would have been nice. No customer service! I will never go back 70 dollars for a hair cut and it looks horrible! I paid less as La Bellas and I much better cut. Thanks for nothing!

  When I moved to Albuquerque, NM ,I knew one of the first things I'd have to do is find a salon.My first stop was here to see Jose.Long story short: I've been going ever since. Jose is without a doubt the best stylist I've ever had the privilege to meet. He's extremely thorough, communicative with his plans, and the final result is always immaculate. He takes time to study the hair's texture, pattern of growth, etc. and recommends a cut based on that. He cuts with the hair and not against it, leaving the final result to be natural and classic.On top of all this, you couldn't ask for a kinder soul to talk with! He's just a beautiful person. I absolutely love every trip to Jose's chair, and I can't imagine ever seeing anyone else. As much as I'd like to keep him all to myself, he deserves to be recognized and shared with others for his talent.
