Managers and staff shouldn't discuss workers who they are displeased with. I'm sure Jerry would agree with that. And dropping F bombs in front of customers is not very professional. There were 4 people there and only one guy doing anything. The rest were just complaining and sitting there.

These guys are on the ball, they actually do have the lowest price around, I shopped Lansing, all over, including The ABC Warehouse there, before returning to My town of Jackson, where these guys were willing to deal, I was able to get the deep freezer I wanted below the price the internet stated, and loaded in my vehicle

The staff was too busy on their cell phones while sitting on the couches for sale to help us. We were looking to buy a new tv. Finally a sales rep came over and I thought great! We could use some help! NOPE! He just wanted to let me know he was turning off the TV's because they were closing in 20 minutes and if I wanted to see the picture I could ask! What a joke. We will spend our money somewhere else.

I have been a customer for 20 years spent over 20k at this store ,Just got a new 4k lg tv 32 days ago today the screen went black called abc and was told sorry for my luck its 2 days out of their warranty and i would have to call lg for service the store manger was very rude so now i get to sit here and look at a black screen all holiday weekend great service and now i know why i was the only one their that day six sales people sitting behind the desk i had to ask for help they were to busy watching utube to help and soon they wont be their either i will tell everyone i know stay away NEVER BUY FROM THIS STORE THEY DONT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS .WHAT A JOKE BUYER BEWARE YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN FYI I WILL NEVER BE BACK

Numerous times they have refused to match an items price to competitors whether you shown the ad or website. Very rude customer service. Last visit finalized decision to not go there again.

Its OK here, usually can't find anyone to assist you if you walk right in & know what you're wanting to purchase. Depending on what you're interested in the prices are decent.

I have never been into an ABC store before just a few days ago. when I entered I was not impressed from the start. The floors were filthy. it seemed as if they had just downsized because I was waiting to talk to an associate for quite some time before there was anyone to help me. I watched several people leave because, i can only assume, they were not being helped. I can not blame the sales staff. they were extremely short handed for the holiday season.
I chose to visit this store because I had seen there terrible commercials on T.V. and thought "if they are still in business with these terrible adds, I had better go see the deals down there." And there were several very good deals with prices up to 65% off the normal prices. I was also impressed to find that on almost every item we priced matched, abc's everyday price was lower than best buys sale prices.
