The food tastes great. The egg foo yung had a great consistency and the sauce had the right amount of saltiness to pair the savory meal. Service was prompt and friendly. Portions are probably what a recommended serving size is.
Whatever lady runs the front is disgustingly rude. She has more attitude than my 5 year old daughter. Food is alright, but learn some damn customer service (:
I had the sweet and sour chicken, and it tasted excellent. Nice clean place. I will go there, again.
Took 1.5 hours for delivery. Order was correct but food was cold and was bland. Not worth the wait and money.
Kung Pao and cashew chicken to go. Sauces tasted identical. Fast and friendly service though. Good in a pinch.
We order from here all the time. The food is always good and our order is always accurate. I would definantly recommend this small family restaurant.
So, ok they are fast delivery worst food ever. Portions, yes they are huge. So I got a huge pile of ridiculously poor food. Ordered on line so my order should be right. No. order soup and they decide what soup you will receive. Never again.
For your money and compared to other similar restaurants this is definitely the best one. Good food everytime I've been, and a lot of it! The dinners can easily feed 2 people.
6 months ago this place was great but today we went there: The lady at the front was really rude. She had an attitude. Then we get our food and the portions seemed off- smaller. What we both ate was Sweet and Sour not General Tao's. It seemed to inconvience her that we were there. My fiancé and I are boycotting the place. Never going again. What a disappointing experience. If you can't be nice to your customers then less and less will go to your business.
Food was not very good at all. I asked for walnut shrimp but by the time I got back to work, I discovered that they had given me pecan shrimp or something like that. The sauce was kind of coagulated instead of runny. I would have given it two stars because they were fast and the food wasn't terrible, just meh. However, they were super friendly so I had to give three stars for a great attitude.
I love the food here, it always tastes delicious. The service is also very good, they are very welcoming and warm. The restaurant itself is in a strip mall with limited seating so I recommend taking it home, if possible.
The food was pretty good and the wait staff was friendly. It was not crowded. I'm almost positive the place is just a front for some sort of laundering scheme, though. The restaurant's seating area has a weird shape which seems to wrap around the bathroom area, but they can't take up that much space. More suspiciously, in the same building is an unmarked office area with shaded windows and blinds all drawn. Lights are on inside, and there is reserved parking for "customers" of this mysterious, unmarked place.
I'm kidding, of course, mostly, it's just a strange set of circumstances. And it's in West Valley, so there's that.
Food here is awesome! My first time that I have ever been to a Black Bear Diner was up in Washington state and we got the Bob's Big Bear Burger, which was huge and fries. Both very filling! I was really impressed with the food that I got while I was in WA. When I first saw this location open on 5600W in ABC Chinese, I just had to go there and try their food. It was a good as I remembered (got the exact same burger). Price is also not too bad either (comparable to Red Robin). Staff is extremely friendly and attentive. Would highly recommend this place!
