Man this place is cool the two guys that helped me were so cool they listen to me and what my fiance needed we bought a queen size bed and a chofa I love dat word now by the way but these guys are are very helpful and from a guy who is moving to the area from chicago this was good thought we were gonna shop all day but this was da second store we went to and da last store ill ever have to go to cant wait to go get my stuff june 3rd

I bought a bed from them and also purchased the warranty, because with kids I knew my matress was going to get ruined sooner than later. Well, sadly after moving I misplaced the pink receipt paper, and when I called them they said it's nothing that they can do. Smh. If I bought a warranty I'm not understanding why they couldn't just looked it up in the computer or track it down. They only proof of someone buying a warranty is with the pink receipt paper and if you don't have it, or (perhaps the ink fade away and you are unable to read it anymore) then unfortunately you are out of luck. Very disappointed. .

Very very poor customer service. Been waiting over a month for a response about a piece of furniture that did not fit correctly. Kept giving me the run around. I am actually considering contacting the Better Business Bureau.

If I could I would give this no stars. Ordered 2 beds and 3 mattresses. I ordered them on Tuesday and was told that they would be here by Thursday or Friday. I was understanding when they told me that their truck that has their mattresses got involved in an accident. Now when my wife called today they said that that they weren't going to deliver them and that they are not giving me a refund. Mind you I have a voice message that they would deliver today by 8pm. If I don't get the items that I paid for($588) worth by Monday I will be taking them to court for the amount I paid, court fees, and pain and suffering due to my kids not having beds. Due yourselves a favor and avoid this place unless you due financing because they won't deliver when you pay in full. They are only being watched when you fincnace.

They're prices are really cheap, they'll work with you if you're having a hard time and they're usually good about communication. That's all they need to work on when it comes to discontinuing a product or starting a new line of one product to customers
