  Hopped on their website to get a shipping quote, seemed pretty straight forward. I didn’t see anything about my information being shared with various transport companies for bids. Their site generated a quote and then I immediately started receiving texts, emails and calls from random shipping companies. Find a local shipper and contact them directly if you don’t want your number spammed out. I will not work with this company for this reason alone. Extremely annoying.

  Thought I was getting a quote from a reputable business to have my vehicle shipped across country. Instead, I was immediately blown up with phone calls and texts from numerous different companies trying to get my business. So this company basically just sold my information to multiple businesses.

  Do not give contact info! You will get constant calls, texts and emails from multiple people. I just wanted to see a rough estimate to see if it would be worth having a vehicle transported instead of driving myself. I'm so annoyed with the bombardment of calls etc., I've decided it's worth the extra time it'll take for me for me to drive it myself rather than having it transported.

  If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I called to go over the online shipping quote I received from them & was met with somebody screaming at me within 2 minutes. He quoted me over double what their internet price was, then was livid when I pushed back a bit and said that's the highest quote I've gotten yet. I had to just hang up eventually as he went into a condescending rage.
  I ship cars all the time. It's never fun. But my experience with A-1 was next level bad.

  Do not provide this company with your email or phone number. I made that mistake to get a quote online, and immediately started to receive calls/texts/emails from random transport companies—more than 15 companies in less than 48 hours. This is an incredibly deceptive and infuriating business practice.
