  Highly recommend! I had so many problems while working through the permitting process for my one bedroom renovation. My building had violations against it, the building was slow to respond, and the DOB was rolling out new systems and guidelines at the same time.
  Mike and his team worked tirelessly to get all the permits needed. He was on top of everyone and did a lot of hand-holding to get this done as quickly as possible. Mike pushed everyone from the DOB to the architect to the building to keep the process moving forward. Communication was near constant and very clear.

  I couldn't recommend Michael and Grand Expediters more highly. I worked with Michael on permitting (both DOB and landmarks) for my NYC apartment renovation project, and he and his team made the process not only run smoothly, but ensured I understood each step along the way. When we ran into bumps along the way (no fault of Grand Expediters), Michael helped me navigate them calmly and get past them quickly. I can't imagine that every expediter actually expedites projects quickly, but Michael and Grand Expediters certainly does. I would entrust my next project to them, hands down. You should too.

  My company and I have worked with Grand Expediters NYC on 3 different occasions. Mike and his team were extremely professional, responsive and got us the work done quickly. Very talented and very personable. They are a joy to communicate with and I definitely plan to use them as soon as we are off to our next project. Professional and friendly firm. Constantly meeting the needs of clients. Best of the best. Here is an expediter, who is down to earth, and at the top of his game. A true talent.

  I had the direct pleasure of experiencing how Grand Expediters NYC works with clients. Their service experience and know-how are top of the line! There are many other Expediting companies out there. But if you want to experience professionalism at it's highest, I would recommend Grand Expediters NYC for your construction work and expediting needs.

  When we need a building permit we found Grand Expediters NYC online. They helped out through the entire process and made things as easy as possible for us. Mike was a huge help so give them a call today if you need a permit in the NY area.

  Grand Expediters did an excellent job handling the permits for the renovation of my apartment. They resolved swiftly the demands of the condo Board and the conflicts with our plumber. Michael was always available and I really appreciated that he was also supportive and positive even when the quarrels with our plumber were at the peak.
  I recommend them very highly.
