For starters, the service was great. They started with the wonton nachos and I think everyone really liked them. The one knock on the service is that we were never asked how we wanted the burgers cooked and they were all well done. The gouda burgers themself were dry due to the combination of overcooked patties and not having enough of a sauce or anything else on the gouda burgers. The catfish sandwich was delicious but there was no cajun seasoning, or seemingly any seasoning whatsoever. The turkey melt and the Swiss burgers were the most popular sandwiches at the table.
Additionally, despite being a beautiful spot, the music was loud rock music. I like rock honestly but it certainly is an odd vibe for an afternoon meal.response / report this review -

This place is good!! I was not expecting the amount of food that we got. I had the Gouda burger and my fiance had the fish and chips. I'm not a fan of fish and chips, but these were absolutely amazing. The bartender was great too. Good selection of beer as well. Next time I'm in the area I will definitely come back here

The best place in town!!! I've been here for 3 weeks and I have tried pretty much everything there is to drink and eat, hands down the best!!! If you visit this town you need to check this place out. Food is delicious, whatever they make is going to be amazing, even the daily specials I'm not kidding. The people in there are so professional and nice that you'll feel like you are a regular here, not to mention is the only place in town I could find with a fully stocked bar. I am a scotch drinker with preference for the single malt and that is the only place I could find it and not just one but a good selection. Bottom line, if live brings me back here that would be my first stop

Good food! My wife had the crab cakes and I had the Marsala beef with garlic mashed potatoes. The only thing I didn’t like was the fact that they charged extra for a salad as your side choice. The waiter did tell us up front though. We will definitely visit again.

We stopped for dinner on a Friday evening and only had about a 15 minute wait time. The place was packed. 412 has a small but cute little patio area outside. Inside, ample seating but very close together. They had a good selection of drinks, but our complaint is that everything was priced excluding the wine menu. So, if you're not familiar with all of the bottles, you have to ask your server for all of their prices. Our waitress was wonderful and food came out pretty quick.
We ordered the chartreuse board with sausage, fried pickles, and chips/pimento cheese spread which was great. The crab cake meal was well cooked and tasted good. Two in our party ordered filets with mashed potatoes and brussel sprouts. The potatoes were extremely dry and needed more butter, not a ton of flavor. The filets were good, but not cooked to medium rare as ordered (one was rare and the other was medium).
No kids menu, but they try to be accommodating. We also ordered the creme brulee cheesecake and limoncello cake which was delicious.response / report this review
