Awesome place to buy cars from, I would definitely recommend.
We just purchased a third vehicle from 319 motors and each time our satisfaction is exceeded great people to do business with.
I had a great experience working with the guys at 319 Motors. They were beyond friendly and their integrity is off the charts. I would definitely do business with them in the future!
Poor communication skills and would not buy here again all they want is your money then if something goes wrong they want someone else to deal with it
Terrible experience. .twice. Bought a cheap car on good faith after conversation with the salesman, turned out to have a cracked head. Another salesman offered to me that he would make it right, only to discover another empty promise. They are very friendly. Bad business.
bought a 200 mustang just love it and still have my 02 impala and never had to do anything to them will be buying more cars from them and they treat you right fair no bs up front about every thing
Don't buy your car here they will give you a messed up car without tell you it's messed up the car may look nice but the in side is all funcked up! :-)
I must say that I, as well as my parents, are truly impressed with the customer service that our salesman gave to us. Charlie Babcock was our sales professional, and he did everything that we could have possibly asked to get this transaction completed. I am very impressed with his customer service, and he was flexible on the price so my parents didn't have to go down a finance route.
I would like to truly and personally thank him for the service that he gave my family. He has future customers with us, that's for sure. Even if we have to drive from the Quad Cities to get there. Haha.
Thanks Charlie!
We're somewhat willing to deal, but not much. Went to look at a car that had been on the lot for a few months. The engine bay hadn't been detailed in the slightest (sales guy said that's so we could see how it was treated by the previous owner). The car had new tires put on when it was brought in, but one of the wheels badly needed balancing once we hit interstate speeds. The alignment was also off slightly as it was darting a bit on the road. That being said, the sales guy said he'd knock off a hundred bucks to balance the wheel and get an alignment and was very nice overall. Sadly, the vehicle wasn't what we were looking for so we left before we got into any paperwork. I'd still consider checking here for future cars.
Recently I hit a deer and the insurance company totaled my car, the closest similar car i could find was 350 miles away at 319Motors in Cedar Rapids, IA . After a conversation with Charles Babcock.I made the decision to go to Cedar Rapids because I felt comfortable.with the information I received. Charlie did everything possible to make this long distance purchase as easy as possible. After my co-driver backed out on me at the last minute, my only regret was that Charlie did not get paid for all his hard work. We need more honest dealers like Charles Babcock. End of story - I'm having my wrecked car repaired
