we have purchased a few vehicles at McGrath. But after finding out that we have we have the 100,000 warranty with our Kia, we are disappointed that we were kind of pressured into buying extra insurance which is close to an extra 3K. We were not told that when buying our Kia. UPDATE!!! I was contacted after this post and was updated on our terms. I was wrong. We don't get the KIA 100,000 mile warranty, due to us not being the original buyers. And the extra insurance that we did purchase covered a new starter and new battery within the first month of our purchase of the 2013 KIA.

It's easy to get overwhelmed when looking for a car but Nate Hodges helped us out today. He was very kind and informative.. great customer service, kept in mind our price range and looked for several options for us..very easy to talk to and he just made the whole process very simple for us which was awesome. I went into the McGrath Volkswagen of marion just to see what they had while I was looking for a bigger vehicle, I didn't know if it was even possible for me to get a new car so soon but Drew Hughes made it happen and had me driving away in a 2011 Kia sorento. Best decision I made was going there. Drew is so friendly and very helpful and makes magic happen. Definitely will be going there again For any vehicle purchases

My girlfriend and I went through the awful process of trying to buy a quality used vehicle. Nate Hodges made that process seem like a dream. Have gone back to McGrath Volkswagen for service multiple times because of there service department, Specifically one service advisor Jon Heller. He is the most knowledgeable Service Advisor i have ever had due to his work ethic, Knowledge, Care for my vehicle, and also his care for price. He has never given me the feeling he is trying to take my money, he always looks for cheaper alternatives and tries to work with the situation the best he can. I have been to about 7 or 8 different dealerships for service and have never met a dealership so friendly from the service department to the sales staff. Have recommended this dealership to multiple friends due to Jon Heller and the overall dealership quality.

Terrible. All around. My first scheduled oil change took two hours. I then found out no oil was put in my vehicle. The service manager then told me 'there must be a bigger issue' as I was standing back in the bay with the technician, he found zero issues with my vehicle. They then CHARGED me to put oil in my vehicle, and told me they could not tell me if any serious damage was done to my engine. Turns out there was. Awful. I will never do business here again. Lynch Ford in Mt Vernon, found me a great vehicle and I HIGHLY recommended them.
