When this type of care is needed, it is often at a time of crisis, when family who are charged with helping their loved one are flustered and under pressure to take care of many things at once. And for those of us who have never had to deal with such a situation, figuring out what needs to be done and how to get it right can be tough.
There are two elements to a company like this; the caregivers and the office staff and administration. 24/7 excelled in both areas.
The caregivers were either good or great, which is rare for any business. And the quality of staff is critical for a business like this for obvious reasons, where a mediocre or poor caregiver can be almost as bad as having none.
The office staff, and the way they run the office is truly outstanding. I have rarely dealt with such a consistently high performing company in any industry, let alone in the healthcare field. I was shocked the first time I called after hours trying to solve a scheduling problem and got a call back within the hour. I did not expect a call until the following day as it was not an emergency. When it happened a second time I realized this was the norm. And while I called multiple times to re-arrange schedules, caregivers etc. the office staff was always as accommodating as possible, and always called back promptly making my life so much easier.

I used 24/7 Nursing Care for 3 weeks after I had a fall. The office staff was very helpful and took the time to address all my questions before I started services. The aide that came was great and I was able to recover with the help I had at home. I recommend this company to anyone that needs care at home. Thank you!

1 and done with this company. 1st woman sent for my dad at 10am after scheduling at 4pm for evening dinners, she was refused and didn't return. Was told it was a miscommunication in the office. Second woman couldn't work a dryer and almost poisoned my dad by half cooking a shrimp microwave dinner, guessing she could not read english. She then lost her purse twice in the same spot. I was later told she had "health" issues and hasn't returned to 24/7. I was supposed to to be contacted regarding the situation but heard nothing since speaking to the office manager Jennifer. Now two months later a surprise bill is sent. Would be happy to repeat the bizarre experience with another manager.

Words can not express the amount of gratitude I have for the staff and this company. I've been through many nursing care companies with my grandmother and I had yet to find absolutely NO ONE who had the patience & compassion like the staff at 24/7 had for my grandmother and family. Taking care of elders is not easy. Not even family can do it. But the staff at 24/7 do it not only because its their job but because they genuinely care for others. Excellent company! Amazing office staff that guided us through the entire process and went above and beyond to finding great caregivers to bring into our home. I’m extremely thankful I called them. It was a great piece of mind to have while I worked and knowing my husband was in great hands!
