A coordinator Elena Dede is very nice and really does her best to find a good HHA. Some issues with some HHAs on field can happen unfortunately, otherwise would give 5 stars.
One of the HHAs Iryna Varabyeva thinks it's normal to have sand in the food as when she was a child they were eating stuff grown and not washed. Apparently her parents didn't teach her that it has to be washed well prior to cooking. A patient vomited after one of the dishes cooked by her unfortunately and had to go to an emergency room in a hospital. Iryna has problems with her vision and is wearing glasses and the agency coordinator mentioned to a patient that there's no such requirement for an employee to have good vision. Well, blind people can have disability legally. This one isn't completely blind but overlooks things too often. HHA peed over the toilet seat and didn't clean up after herself. Another employee in glasses did that too (Nona Antidze). Staff needs training on how to wear face masks properly as well. Coordinator tried to do her best finding a good PCA/HHA but people tried to accuse the agency in discrimination based on nationality but it had nothing to do with the nationality. Other issues - HIPAA breaches.

They have best options and great opportunities for HHAs and PCAs. The staff is super-friendly and environment is nice. They care for their employees and provide nice working environment for them.

Professional staff, always willing to help with any issues, patiently assist with document-processing, communicate clearly and have staff to speak any language you might need. Best home care agency in NY! I recommend this agency to anyone seeking this service.
