  Stay away if you need prescription glasses. I gave them a chance to make it right and they wasted it. It took them 4 weeks to ship out the original order, and they did wrong the prescription. It took them another two weeks to correct the prescription and again I received the frames damaged and missing the screwdrivers that come with them. The only that they know is to ask for money and more money. Look elsewhere, I just going to file a dispute for partial credit because I don’t wanna deal with them anymore. They don’t have even professionals to answer the phones, the guy who was answering the phone neither understands nor speaks appropriately. Good luck if you choose their services.

  I gone ordered a couple different pairs of glasses from them. The pair before shade perception didn't feel rite but they looked good so I didn't complain. Now thus last pair has been on hold for over 6 weeks and all the can tell me is processing. I have asked for a refund and they said they cannot because my order is still processing. This is ridiculous the Customer Service is horrible. Some type of explanatory should be granted besides processing. Just beware of this company they will take your money and leave you waiting for product.

  My new glasses came in 12 days. I was expecting 7-10 days but this company kept me updated through emails throughout the production process. That was very helpful and reassuring after reading a few no-so-good reviews. I got the same frames for half the price I would have paid at a local doctors office. I also ordered transition lenses for the 1st time and absolutely love them (green). Overall, a great experience and I highly recommend this company.

  Avoid them like the plague. This might be the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with in my entire life thus far. Their products are junk and falsely advertised. Their customer service is extremely rude and taught to follow their vague and unhelpful runaround specifically built to take advantage of buyer protection loop-holes. Got any problems with your order? They act like that’s your fault. Zero solutions whatsoever.
  
  They have hundreds and hundreds of negative reviews all stating the same or similar issues on every possible review platform. I’m convinced having dealt with them for 3 months now that any positive review must be a bot/fake. There’s absolutely no way we’re dealing with the same company.
  
  I know it may seem enticing to take a gamble on that seemingly affordable “designer” frame, but I promise you that it doesn’t come without its price.
  You’re better off paying the few dollars extra to someone legitimate because in the VERY possible way you happen to get scammed like I did, there’s seemingly nothing your bank or PayPal can do to have your back and you’ll be out hundreds of dollars anyway.

  I ordered a pair of prescription Gucci glasses from Designer Optics and I had a great experience buying with them. I communicated through email and they responded with in a day which they said they would. They sent me my tracking information and I knew when to expect them to arrive but got to me 2 days early. My son loved his glasses and his prescription was correct. I will definitely buy glasses through Designer Optics on his next pair.
