I scheduled an appointment for 3:30 PM on Friday. Got no confirmation or anything, which was weird. When I got to the location, the doors were locked and there was no sign on the door except that they were open Mon-Fri 9-5. I tried to call three times, but they didn't answer. Thank God I didn't pay online ahead of time. So frustrated with businesses doing this. And if they moved locations, they need to update their website "Get Directions" hyperlink AND leave a sign on the door with a new address.
