I've been renting a storage unit here for two years. The prices are right and Earl is great. The units are well kept and a variety of sizes are available. The place is much bigger than it appears.

I called about a price, and size on a storage unit. The gentleman told me that he doesn't have anything available at the moment until he would look to see if anyone moved out overnight but he was the best and lowest priced, and he would call me if one became available than continued to tell me again that no one could match his prices. I asked him again for the second time what his prices and size were, he said $54 for a 5x10. So I replied back to him that i have been calling around Concord and I did find storage units that were cheaper than the price he gave me. The gentleman changed his tone of voice to a very condesending tone of voice and asked me who it was and when I told him that life storage was cheaper than him, the gentleman said that there's something wrong with there storage units because all of his business was coming from them. I thanked him for his time and hung up. I don't know why he was so rude to me, but just because he was rude I will not give him my business! I'm sure there's a reason why people are moving at night.!
