Nice 3* hotel.. nice rooms Small but location in a very nice quiet street in osmanbey area Staff are kind and polite.

it was a nice small hotel. staff were very polite and kind.. there were not stealing or etc..( i didn't see anything)

my money and watch were missing at this hotel. I left their valuables in the hotel safe for which we were told that there is only one key. When I returned to the hotel the money was gone, and the hotel staff told me that I was a liar and drove me out of the hotel. Bypass this hotel in every sense because these thieves all in this hotel, starting from the boss until the workers !!!

bu arsima hoteli hiç sevmedim, çünkü odamdan para çalındı
ve hotel personeli hiç yardımcı olmadı.bu
hırsız her odaya giriyor temizlemek için ,ama ,oda hiç de
temiz değildi, terliğime saç teli, toz ve
kir yapmıştı, çarşaflarda delik ve yırtık vardı.
bu hotelde kalmayı hiç tavsiye etmiyorum.

از این هتل به هیچ وجه راضی نیستم , از اتاقی که می ماندم پولم را دزدیدند و کارکنان هتل هیچ کمک موثری در رفع مشکل نکردند .
در ضمن کف اتاق پر از غبار , کرک و مو بود , ملافه ها پارگی داشتند .
اقامت در این هتل را هیچ توصیه نمی کنم.

I did not enjoy my stay there, money was stolen from my
room and non of the staff helped to shed light on the
situation. The hygiene of the room was of a low standard
with hair, dust and dustballs. The sheets had holes in
them. Would not recommend staying at this hotel.response / report this review
