This is by far, one of the most beautiful hotels I've visited during my travels. The staff is definitely the most attentive, resourceful and helpful I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with, worldwide. They are all knowledgeable about the area, the history of the country itself, and are more than willing to help you in whatever way they can. I highly recommend staying here!! If you can't stay, then I'd recommend at least having brunch or lunch here and experience the history of the building itself, and the charm of its staff!

Nicely located in the heart of Sultanahmet. Easy access to Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofea. Service is top class. Nice garden in the center courtyard. Also roodtop access to view the two famous buildings.

By far the best hotel I've ever visited, I got deal on it so was pretty cheap, however, even without the deal I would visit their hotel again. Everyday, the kitchen would send us personally made cake bits, cookies, and other goodies, completely complementary. The garden was also so beautiful, they had so many different planets, and other beautiful things. At the heart of it, was a really good restaurant that servers you through breakfast, lunch, and dinner. If I ever visit Istanbul again I'll 100% book a room in this glory again.

I just stopped for breakfast at their garden. Wow the setting is fantastic and the breakfast stood out in terms of quality products.

The location is walking distance from the blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia and other must see destinations.

The hotel is perfectly located to visit the old town, near the old Turkish bath which will make you forget that there is no spa at the hotel. By walking 3 min you will have the view of the nicest monument in Istanbul. The personal is fully at your services, the room service is the fastest ever. I really recommend this hotel for the first time comer in Istanbul.

Lovely hotel and lovely staff, they were excellent and allowed an early check in as it was available and a late check out, as well as the room service which was quick and polite

Nothings perfect but this is as good as it gets.

The credit card machine had some trouble however thats possible anywhere you go and I couldn't figure out the central control of the room lighting but thats on me Will ask next time I ever visit Istanbul :)

Five star service and staff—everybody was super kind and they really wanted to make everything special and memorable for us—BUT the hotel has some four star furniture, which needs to be repaired. Location-wise great—I liked this hotel very much
