Beautiful modern hotel with clean and spacious rooms, which have everything you need. The view, especially at night, is absolutely breathtaking, particularly from the highest floors. The service meets the 5-star hotel standards. Breakfast is exceptional with great variety of fresh meals, juices, deserts. Would love to visit again.

This hotel is one of the best 5 star hotel In Istanbul.The staff are very friendly,kind and helpful.clean rooms.The food is amazing especially breakfast because the staff ,who served breakfast,are very polite and helpful especially OSMAN AKIN and AHMET.

This hotel is the best hotel I have ever been to. I have been so many hotels this one with out doubt is the best. The room service is great. The food is amazing. Only let down was staff not friendly

+ Amazing hotel architecture, really secure, very friendly staff, the suits are very large and have everything you need. The executive lounge is a really great concept they offer amazing breakfast, snacks during the day and food in the evening. Also wonderful view from the Cloud 34 bar!
- The minibar is problematic if you just touch or move an item from the minibar even without consuming it, it will be charged to your room account!
- Charging more money that you really spent! Before we checked out me and my boyfriend got the bill from the room service and room account and they wanted to charge us 500 lira mor than what we really have to pay. We talked to the reception and after a little bit they corrected. I recommend to write down everything you use in the room!

I would like to comment on how pleased we were with the great service provided to us by hotel staff.We were so fortunate to spend our honeymoon there, Melissa from guest services made great arrangements for us and surprised my wife.
The staff were super nice and friendly to us, and I want to express my appreciation for the special hospitality. Our stay was fabulous with the room in upper floors and the great view of Istanbul. The hotel is modern with great breakfast. I recommend it to all the Istanbul guests.response / report this review -

It is a beautiful modern hotel with clean and spacious rooms. Service personnel is well-trained and meet the 5-star hotel standards. Breakfast is very, very good! Offering variety of fresh meal and healthy fresh juices. Executive lounge on the 34th floor is a big plus if you travel for business and need to grab a coffee with delicious canape with your mates in an upscale environment

A simply amazing hotel with top service from start to end of stay. Really service-oriented staff all over. The suite on the 33rd floor was nice and had a lovely view. The outside pool area was excellent. The breakfast was really good. The business lounge on the 34th floor was really good indeed and with really service-minded staff. Fantastic views. Friendly and positive lady in the reception. Earlier our personal favourite hotell has been the Sheraton Towers in Singapore. Mostly because of their fantastically high service level where they do their very outmost to make their guests feel very special. The Hilton Istanbul Bomonti is definately a strong new personal favourite hotell contender. At least in Istanbul. We will definitely come back and stay at this hotell when we will visit Istanbul again.
We have just had the pleasure of staying for 5 nights again at the Hilton Bomonti 28th Nov - 3rd Dec. Luckily we even stayed in the same room as our last visit. Again top-class from start to finish. A simply fantastic stay and we hope to return soon again. All the staff are really doing a great job to make your stay a pure joy.response / report this review -

Beautiful hotel and great views. Location is a bit of a walk from the metro but otherwise the location is great. The staff is very helpful, warm and all speak English.

Extremely good hotel with excellent facilities and stunning spa. Executive lounge on the 34th is very nice although F&B offerings are very limited during the day after breakfast ends at 10:30 (11:00 weekends) and the evening canapés at 18:00 - 20.00. Afternoon tea from 12:00 - 17:00 consists of several cakes & biscuits but no savoury items. Alcohol is only available between 18:00 - 20:00 but a few bottles of wine seem to start coming out around 17:00. Spirits are very limited, lemon slices soon disappear and aren't replaced, and ice can be equally scarce. Great space to unwind after a day enjoying Istanbul and the views from the lounge are fantastic.

I loved this hotel. Location is good near to osmanbeck street where you can see dozens of shops and stores with all international brands. despite the hilly roads walking in the surrounding area is really enjoyable, safe, and and nice people. The food is fabulous and I should rank the breakfast open buffet as seven stars.

Only thing that you have to use taxis to get everywhere cost of taxi are from 8 $ to 12 $ and you can get to all places. from hotel to airport cost of taxi is 35$

It has been one of my best stays. All the staff is very helpful, smiling and fluent in English. Great sea and city view on upper floors. Clean facilities and rooms. However both pools inside and outside are a bit small. Just next to the hotel is located some of the best eateries of İstanbul under the name of Bomontiada.

Love Love Love!!! Amazing hotel, perfect design and the most helpful staff!!! The best hotel in Istanbul. Executive lounge has very good refreshment and food servings. Executive rooms are massive. Staff are very helpful. Breakfast is amazing! Furthermore, the area is easily accessible. Amazing views of Istanbul from the exec lounge and room! This is the best hotel I've stayed in. Highly recommended! Even the taxis from the hotel are cheap - doorman helpful and very safe! Since staying here, I now always stay with the Hilton brand and have never been let down👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
