A great hotel, friendly staff. Rooms cleaned daily. Food was good but you must like a Mediterranean diet lots of salad and Turkish food.

I can absolutely recommend this hotel. It's close to the beach. The food is very diversified and the whole areal is very clean.
Only negative aspect was that our neighbors were too loud.

Loved the service and staff. Besides the 3 daily meals they provided cakes and coffee in between meals and soup at night.You don't have to buy any meals outside. It also has a relaxing spa and late night dancing.

I've only been in White Gold Hotel & Spa for 2 days, and I already regret picking this hotel.
The service is terrible. The bartenders don't smile, and seem angry, if you ask for a drink.
Half the staff can't understand english.
The beds are as hard as stone - and broken!
The hotel staff need service training. The first rule; always smile. It's not that hard :)
I'm almost afraid of ordering anything - as I might get a "talk to the hand"-hand or an angry face, as if I'm the most evil person in the world.
They seem miserable and they take it out on the guests.

The only thing I like about this hotel, is the spa. The spa manager is fantastic and knows how to service his customers - and so does HIS staff - but the hotel staff is horrible.

I will NOT be staying at this hotel again.

Gorgeous hotel right at the seaside. Good food and animation. Very friendly personnel. Only +- 5 different drinks are free at the bar, the others are priced. Trusted cash machine and cheap mini-market are available on the other side of the street.
