  We stayed in this hotel for a week and it is a very good hotel if you wish for a relatively cheap but nice place to stay. The location is definitely a plus with the beach less than 5 minutes from the hotel (possible the best sandy part of the beach too). It is also a short 10 minute walk to the main shops on the beach side aswell as the castle and the harbour bieng about 20 minutes walk. The staff are friendly and accommodating however room service only cleaned twice in the week. The food leaves a lot to be desired, quite bland and artificial tasting but the European folk seemed to love it (majority of the tourists here). The entertainment is somewhat limited with table tennis and pool and the swimming pool itself is small but you have the beach so close anyways. They also had an animation show on nearly ever night which was great.

  The people who work here are not friendly, the all inclusive food is horrible. The rooms were clean though.

  Don't go here. Food is like slop and the staff are all surly. It is meant to be a four star and is more like a two.

  Great hotel. All inclusive if wanted. Big restaurant with buffet and a'la carte menu. Two swimming pools, one of them with waterslides. 24 hour reception, roomservice, minimarket, billiard, big garden. The hotel can feel too crowded and the restaurant is too busy, probably cause the neighbour hotel uses all facilities here (same owner). That takes one star away.

  we had a lovely week on the hotel from the 28 may to the 3 june 2017, where we lived at the room 704. It was a nice room with view to the pool and close to the diner room. It looks clean everywhere, the pool was cleaned every night, and the food was really good. There was shows three days, and the atmosphere was good and the personnel was very nice. We can recommend the hotel.
