Rooms and inventory are a bit old and the hotel could use a restoration. The spa was hideous!! Dirty, not cosy or relaxing, fluorescent light, old relaxing chairs and once again: Dirty. You should not call this a spa. the only plus is the Turkish bath.
The service however was good. A good stay for one night for that price. Love The bathrobe you get at your room. The breakfast was good, much to choose from.response / report this review -

Close to the airport, still rather quiet. We had a tidy room. Breakfast starts very early and there is a shuttle to the airport. There are smoking and non smoking floors.

the wifi is terrible, I cant understand how they offer a poor service comparing with their price. The room is old and need some maintenance. In summary, I wouldn`t recommend. I complained to the frontoffice about the wifi and they didn`t do nothing.

All you need for a cosy layover. Clean, great tube, fitness and health centre. Breakfast was succulent! Internet is very low speed, and you’ve got to pay extra for full speed. Would definitely be a 3 stars in US standards.

The hotel is very close to hotel, but the Room and others areas are old and the internet is too slow. It shoudl be updtaded everything, specially the infra estructure.

Unacceptable for a five star hotel. First of all, we arrived to the hotel and the hostess wasn't friendly at all. Second, we got to our room and was the disaster, the entire room was dirty including the toilet. We immediately called the housekeeping to clean it. Third, the tv didn't have any international channels, only Turkish ones. Fourth, the air conditioner was not working on our last night there, so we had to call them asking for help so they sent a technician 1 AM in the morning in order for him to fix it. It didn't work. They changed our room at 5 am where the AC was not working as well. To sum it up, I don't recommend this place. However, it is very close to the airport and that's why we chose it in the first place. The breakfast wasn't bad. Very bad experience.

Convenient location for travellers and people attending the exhibition centre just next door. Rooms are spacious and all in all confortable. Breakfast could be better but good enough and Lobby area needs a remake

Yes, indeed deserves 5 stars very comfortable beds and advanced material, modern and up-to-date restaurant, loved the food if you ever happens to be there try the chicken Alfredo pasta

This hotel is five star only because the airlines want to pursuade the overbooked passengers to agree to stay at a five star hotel. Meals, facilities and especially the hotel staffs are far from five star hotel standards. The only thing that is five star hotel standard is the mini bar price; 5 TL for a 33 cl bottle of water. This place is a three star hotel at best.

Room temperature far too high and the air-conditioning no use, they were clearly aware of the issue but didn't do anything about it. It's cheap for a reason!

Simply superb hotel. One of the best hotels you can stay while in Istambul, and at 50 euros a night, it's a bargain.

Great location, only 1 stop from the airport by underground, and using the same underground it takes less than an hour to get to Sultanahmet. The only disappointment was a dirty room - but we were over exhausted to argue. One tip - if you take a taxi from the airport, never pay more than 10 liras!!!! And never accept assistance from people inside the airport - we were suggested a taxi for 150 liras instead of 10!!! Unbelievable dishonesty! As for the place - it is a great hotel to spend a night there if you have some delays and do not want to get far from the airport
