Good reasonably priced hotel in Sultanahmet area. 5 min walk from the nearest tram station. Reception staff very helpful. Breakfast is ok though not much varieties to choose from.

Very bad hotel! Service very poor and rooms very dirty, also they are taking money to clean the room!
I did a reservation before 10 month and I need to cancel my booking before around 6 month. They cancelled the booking and didn't refund the amount!response / report this review -

This hotel stole my $100 cash , I made a rezarvasion and my credit card didnt go though my card was decline ,I want there to tell them I dont want to stay there and he told me that my rezarvasion is canceled cuz of my card decline they charged me 100 dollars for fee ,so how could is possible they charge me 100 dollars cash even they canceled rezarvasion, this guy stole my 100 dollars cash. I went there to explain them and there was a diffrent guy he told me he never seen this kind of stuff before and he told me ill finger out and call u back and i didnt get any call from them they just stole my money 💩💩💩💩 HIRSIZLAR 😡👎👎👎👎👎👎

Very lovely hotel inside you have every thing big room , mini bar , bathroom needs air-conditioning cold and warm spa and sport gem including warm swimming pool with small par inside, veranda with lovely view , the only bad thing is the internet is slowly , 2 metro station aksaray and vezenciler they are around 10 to 15 min. Walking also the teram it's just in front of the hotel entry door , beside the hotel you have every thing coffee shops , restaurants , market , fruits shops , exchanging money , wear and shoes shops . moderated mosques in front of the hotel it's called leleli CAMI

They are liers,swindlers and thieves. Never book anything from them. I book and paid for a private taxi to airport, i was surprised that a bus with lot of people come to pick us !!!!!!

Hotel was great, we felt ourselves at our own home. Staffs had always smiled and gave us a great service. Thank you again. When i visit Turkey, i will be sure to stay in here again.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights.. The hospitality was great.. They upgraded us from double room to triple room! They even allowed us to check in as early as 9.30 am. Overall we satisfied with their service. We will definitely check in this hotel again if we come back to Istanbul. Location was also great, near to tram station. Easy access from the airport as well.
