Location and facilities are good.
Very saley check in staff which did not stop even after several 'no thank you's'. I arrived with 10 degrees and rain outside and the AC in the room was blowing on 20 degrees inside my room.

I like everything.. service.. cleaning.. atmosphere .. room size and view .. lobby ..
I just have afew point., hope that will help you:
_ there was no mirror in the room .. i have to go to toilet every time i need mirror
_ the balcony was to high I cannot see the Bosphorus when im seating it’s really bothering me .. and theres many solutions for sefty other hotels do it and they have excellent balcony
_ if i have shopping bags they take too much time to bring it to my room .. even when i make check out.. too much time to take my luggage
But at all I like everything and absolutely i will come again to the same hotel.

Veeery good Hotel, lovely room and very very friendly staff. We’ve had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay.
The breakfast was great and there was many choices. The gym also was good.

My stay at the hotel was exceptional. Right from arrival, which was very late at night, I was warmly welcomed. The staff were so friendly, helpful and professional. The hotel provided all the amenities I needed, and it was a glorious experience. I can't thank the team enough for making my stay so pleasurable!

Brilliant but not cheap hotel to stay. Better for organizing business meetings both domestic and international. Because the building was converted from a naval museum, it has space issues however the problems are very well solved. Not a fine place to breath in the beauties of the city, no balconies or a single sq meter of green fields, but at the most central position of the European side. Consider the traffic if you plan to attend meetings outside the hotel. Sometimes it takes more than half an hour to reach Taksim, which is only 5 minutes away. The photo is from an event of Dassault Systèmes in Nov 2017. This L shaped meeting area is capable of supporting 3x16:9 screen size Watchout, may not seem so convenient but all audience can view the screen. So a fine hotel overall.

Odalar temiz. Hizmeti iyi, çalışanlar güler yüzlü, park yeri var, oda hizmeti var. Pahalı bir hotel. Cafe ve ala cart hizmeti var. Boğaz manzaralı odaları mevcut. Ulaşım kolay. Hemen Yanında deniz müzesi var. Gitmek isteyenler için güzel bir yer.

Situated at Beşiktaş the Hotel is conveniently close to ther Ferry port which can take you to the closest port on the Asian continent of Istanbul called Üsküdar in 7 minutes or to Kadıköy in 20 minutes. The hotel itself is very elegant and the staff are very warm and attentive on you request. The Shangai Palace Restaurant is a fine and stylish place to relax and dine.
