  Run-down hotel at a busy street with terrible staff and broken WiFi. Unfortunately this was the worst experience I've had in Istanbul so far. The breakfast is a bad joke and is prepared by the receptionist (!). The room "Harem" smelled badly like cigarette smoke ("it's normal, sorry" was the reply) and the carpet stains really do tell the stories of 1001 nights. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

  I was there end of august with my kids , the hotel is wonderful , the food is delicious, the garden is fantastic and it is very safe for the kids , the team are very friendly , the rooms are very nice and comfortable.
  I hope to visit this hotel again.
