  The new receptionists are very rude. They ruin the Spa experience and have no respect for the customers. I am a 5 year Hillside sports club member and never had such terrible experience before.

  The receptionist is rude.
  First impression was bad.
  She is not professional at all.
  She should know the difference between
  Sur name and given name.
  And please dont get mad at customers.
  You guys need to hire someone else.
  I really liked this place but I wil not go there again.
  My rate is 0 star.
