1. No free wi-fi. But looks like this is very common in Turkey, so be prepared to pay for it 2-3€ per day.
2. No wall plugs in the bedroom. Only two where fridge and TV were plugged. So it's a bit annoying in 21st century.
3. Room service. Not rly clean room, towels changed just twice in 8 days, 2 towels for 3 ppl.
But the rest is pretty amazing - pool, tobogans, animation program, pier, beach, food. Except the room, everything was amazing and unforgetable. NOTE: The hotel stuff speaks more russian than english.response / report this review -

first of all..If you are not Russian don t go there..all workers at the hotel speak only Russian language ..at the reception when you wanna ask something from the moment when you check in until the check out reception workers never speak with you like you are invisible ..you speak English they look at you like you are from Mars and the eating room..TERRIBLE ..you cant find place where to seat to eat and if you turn around at the moment waiters grab your food or drinks in second ..they are all rude, impolite and not pleasant at all Definitely hotel name should be SATANA not Santana

I never give them a consent to send me a text message. I didnt even know where was this hotel until this moment. They spam my cell phone woth advertisements. This obviously shows what an amateur management is in place now..

Havuz ve kaydiraklari güzel Akrobatisler çok eglencelilier yemekleri Türk günü hariç berbattı otele gece geldik yemek vermediler çorba vardı sadece oda güzel değildi Otel biraz eski odadaki dolaplarda su yoktu garsonlar hemen onunuzden tabağınızı alıyorlar ve tabaklar bardaklar pis içecek olarak ayran bile yoktu otoparkı yoktu ama araba park yeri bulunuyo o konuda sıkıntı yok genel anlamda iyi ama yemekler cidden kötüydü

Arkadaşlar havuz kaydırak ve animasyon ekibinden başka her şey iğrençti yemin ediyorum bazı akşamlar aç kaldım makarna yedim yemekler çok kötü tabaklar bardaklar pis garsonlar suratsız çok kabalar.animasyon ekibi çok güzel hakkıyla para kazanıyorlar helal ediyorum hakkımı onlara .çocuklar süperdi onların daha kaliteli otellerde çalışması dileğiyle.

Otel tam olarak berbat.. Kirden pislikten geçilmiyor. Asansör kabini arzıla sürekli içinde masur kalanlar oluyor ancak ilgili tek kişi bulunmuyor. Kabinlerin led lambaları sökülmüş harabe durumda. Yemekleri lezzetsiz ve restoran kirli. Masalarda örtü bile yok. Resepsiyonda Mehmet bey var öyle bir bakılıyorki sanki niye geldiniz der gibi.. Rezervasyon yapıyorsunuz ancak geldiğinizde size alakasız bir oda vermek istiyorlar.. Otelde havuz başında hırsızlık oldu kadıncağaz derdini kimseye anlayamadı.. Bu olanlardan sonra dehal otelden ilişkimi kestim..
