Very clean, well kept hotel close to the airport. The rooms are large with comfortable beds and luxury bathrooms. The hotel has many amenities include a restaurant and spa. Staff is also very friendly and helpful.

Elegant hotel, reception staff is courteous and efficient. Room are big and spacious, well furnished and up-to-date. It has a restaurant. The rooms have seperate dressing room with space for hanging clothes, iron and iron stand and safe / lockers. Each room has coffee / tea option with electric kettle. Rooms also have mini bars. Overall an excellent hotel

I have spend 3 nights at the hotel Retaj Royale. Rooms are very nice. Beds are extremly comfortable. Tv, minibar, coffe and tea, quick room service everything as should be for five stars hotel. As a guest you have free swimming pool, free gym and three types of sauna. Only thing I would improve are details like old cracked door frames, missing bathtub plug and few stains in bathroom. The price for this hotel is very good and I would recommend this hotel to everyone especially because is close to airport.

Its 5 star hotel and very nice. Lovely n comfortable rooms with luxury bed. Big lcd. Store room. Iron with table. Window with lovely city view. Big washroom with hair dryer , bath rub and accessories. Breakfast is complimentary for all guests. And this was delicious breakfast with a lot of variety of items.juices, salads, honey, jams, bread etc etc etc. Our group really enjoyed stay in this hotel. Highly recommended.

The hotel is very modern type and clean inside and outside with all the facilities you can imagine provided as 5 * . A very nice comfortable room with a nice a view of the highways or city and garden. Location is not good for walking around especially for elder people, but that's not a problem! A near taxi station by a few steps from the hotel that can take you anywhere near distances market pazar and malls. The hotel's buffet is outstanding offering all kind of variety of food you can imagine. I ate at Bendine Restaurant, nice atmosphere but bad manager makes it worse to eat there, not recommended. All the staff of the hotel are very kind and helpful especially the men are more polite and helpful than the women infront desk. The room female cleaner was exceptional and best ever seen as a reliable and loyality worker in all hotels around the world .

What a lovely experience great environment such a friendly staff tasty breakfast clean and tidy rooms with privacy, location is suitable, activities area is full with all facilities, zam zam restaurant is cooool, over all the are professional make your trip wounder full, for us this is our first choice thanks Retaj Royale for making our trip amazing hopefully see youagain soon

the only think I dislike about it is the location. there are some minimarket about 100ms but that is all you have. The facilities are excellent. I also love their pajamas in my room. all in all, love them when I dont commute with public transportation

I went there when there was a conference then I went to the desk to ask a for socket as part of conference guest. I think people there really should have some training on how to deal with guests and clients.
