5 star service in a 3 star hotel!
After being misinformed by a few places in Istanbul about the pet policy, we found Ibis at around 1a.m. and by 2a.m. we were already accommodated in our rooms, with our medium size dog and 2 kids.
The hotel is very cute. Rooms are nice, clean, warm and cozy, but a bit on the smaller side.
Service was great! The receptionists are the best - very helpful, always with a nice attitude, 24/7. The housekeeper is a very sweet lady. Same goes for the waiters, too. Everyone was nice and welcoming.
Food was delicious.
Never had an issue about the dog in the hotel or any problem with the children.
Keep in mind, if you do need to work there and use their Wi-Fi - when the hotel gets full, the internet gets very slow.
We didn't know for how long we'd be visiting, but never had a problem extending our stay and we ended up staying 9 nights.
Definitely would visit again next time!

5 star service in a 3 star hotel. Royal check in by Mr. Emre at front desk and to follow with Ms Yagmur and Mr Mahsum to name a few. ALL STAFF along reception were fantastic. Breakfast/ Restaurant manager with waiters were excellent and efficient. House-keeping kept room spotless. Taxis were ordered fast and receptionists advised of on Restaurant. Shopping center next to hotel for those who like to take time off. Highly recommended for those who have business in that area of Istanbul.

All staff are good except the incharge of the restaurant as he refused to provide normal omelette instead of the fried one which is on buffet and me and my family don't eat it. He asked for extra charges which i don't mind if he communicated professionally however every breakfast buffet in the world has an egg station. Plus the boiled egg wasn't well boiled which also we don't eat (i have an image upon request). Why are you forcing you customers to eat what they don't like!!

I give 5 star for the service they offered as a host. The receptionists speak English. Mr. Emre One of the receptionists helped us with most of the things we needed during our stay and nice person to talk to if you want more info about taxis or the city. Thanks Emre

Usual comfort of Ibis hotels. Clean rooms with new equipment good breakfast. Kitchen is also good and it is possible to have dinner or lunch at very reasonable prices.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at IBIS hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The whole staff was very helpful and very friendly. We will for sure come back and stay again at Ibis hotel. If you are looking for a clean and safe place to stay, and the charge for a night is that cheap, than, don't hesitate. Thanks again. .!

Perfect Choice for business visitors of the Tuyap fairground. 10 mintues away from the fairground by metrobus. About 30-45 minutes away for Ataturk airport.
Clean, new, affordable 3 star hotel. Rooms are not that small, minibar & free wifi.response / report this review -
