When I stayed there recently the electronic door key did not work, there was no complimentary bottled water and there is a smell of disinfectant in the room. The hotel is close to the airport but there is not much else close by. To get to a decent restaurant outside you will need to negotiate the crossing of a busy freeway and walk about a kilometer.

Good restaurant, but the hotel is just a basic one. Quite old and the comfort is 3/5 stars. Empty mini bar, just one water and you have to pay for it. No complimentary things at all

Staff was very kind and helpful. I had not planned a trip to Istanbul and arrived at this hotel due to some work in Istanbul with zero preparation. Staff was very kind and helpful. I would recommend this place. Also the hotel is very clean and safe. Morning breakfast was good too.

Location is good if you have an overnight stop in Istanbul. There's a free shuttle to and from the airport on the hour. Although the shuttle only picks up from the international terminal ( I had to walk to international once because I arrived on a domestic flight ). The atmosphere is nice and the service is friendly. The breakfast isn't the best but not the worst either and costs about 12 - 15 dollars depending on the exchange rate. I probably will be returning as I transit through Istanbul often. Overall, would recommend.

Clean rooms. Service is good. Lighting in the rooms is insufficient. Breakfast was fairly basic. Could be more. Otherwise fine to stay for a few days.

Stayed here with my wife on 19 November 2017. The staff were polite and warm. Love the stay and the food was marvelous. Before we left my wife and took a tour in front of the hotel, there was a beautiful olive tree. I took a few fruits and a wildly grown seedling under the tree..I hope you don't mind.. Tqvm for the hospitality

Great service, very cooporative people. I stayed here for 10 nights. Best service so far, although it is quite far from the main city. But the shuttle service fills the gap.

Checking-in Staff very abrupt bordering on rude. Have a tendency to speak down to people. Will definitively not recommend to people. Even when wanting to go to dinner we were treated as pheasants and were told to wait. this whist restaurant was empty with only one other patron. Dinner was paid by ourselves amounting to TL 500.
The Turkish connection appears to be a hinderance and a major interruption of their work. They make it abundantly clear that they are assisting one against their will.response / report this review -

This is an amazing location, but the room was humid and the thermometer wouldn't change. I didn't try to get it fixed because I was only staying less than a day. Otherwise an amazing place. All the staff spoke English enough to help.

Love that it is close to Ataturk international airport. Great location after a long flight to rest and recuperate for the fun ahead the next day. There are a lot of kedap restaurants around. The gym and indoor pool is great too, if you need to get a workout in.

Very close to airport and it is used by Turkish Airlines for overnight for business class and Star Alliance Elite and Elite Plus members, when layover is more than 9 hours.

Great hotel near Ataturk airport. Room was clean, staff professional and it is very secure. Its far away from the tourist sites so not recommended for exploring as everthing is far from this address. There is a Macdonalds and Starbucks a few mins walk over the bridge (don't use Google maps directions, just cross over the bridge). They offer free shuttle to the airport but not to Sabiha Gokcen.
