Poor service in reception. Very small room and lack amenities for a big 155 euro/night.

Breakfast was not very good.
Amazing staff, great hotel, very close to wherever you want to go Great food nearby rooms are a decent size and staff are amazing and always willing to help Breakfast could do with an upgrade other than that, it is a very good hotel for the price would definitely come again

Goooooood hotel
We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights after our originally booked hotel was closed. Good location; we walked everywhere we needed to go and the tram is also close by. There's construction going on next door but I was never woken or disturbed by it. Also, we didn't hear any athan during prayer times which was a negative for us since we wanted to experience this; although this probably is a plus for many people. Our room was very small; I found myself stepping over our suitcases to get to the other side of the bed. Room was clean and on the plus side had a rainfall shower head. Breakfast was decent. Some staff were nice, others were outright rude. Wouldn't recommend or stay here again, and especially if you are paying $100 a night it isn't worth it at all.
I tried to cancel my booking 3 days in advance after pre-booking it online and they wouldnt do it, even after I rang them and spoke to them they said it was not possible.
Small room. Good location. Dont count on swiming and jacuzii.
