Too small rooms, no good views. Not worth the money as u get cheaper options with better views. For breakfast they ask you to pay for cappuccino separately ! But very friendly and helpful staff. Nice spa.

Beautiful hotel in a wonderful part of Bursa! Ideal for those who want to relax and enjoy spa services! The staff very gentle and ready to help anytime! The spa is quite good with experienced staff! Highly recommended!

I had the worst hammam experience in my life in this hotel. A few weeks ago, I entertained a very important guest in Istanbul and Bursa. We spent couple of days in Istanbul. We didn't have a chance to go to hammam there, had to come to Bursa a day before we planned as it started snowing heavily.. Everything was going so good until the last day that we decide to go to hammam.. I wanted to chose the best one so made a couple of calls. The price that i get from Kervansaray thermal otel was 90 TL and Marigold hotel recepsionist said it's 150 tl in there . When i asked about facilities she mention about swimming pool, sauna, even private room etc but didn't feel like saying that every single thing will cost 90 tl for each person, i checked the hotel photos and actually was very excited even though i had so many hammam experiences before.. Anyways , we arrived to the hotel, one pretty lady asked us to follow her and put us in a room where we can change our outfits and just next to the room there is one bathroom with two sinks, hot stone and bathtub, whole bathroom is a bit bigger than the one i have home. My guest was extremely dissapointed with what she saw, was asking me " is that it ? " . I came out to the room to find someone to ask how we can reach other facilities etc as nobody felt like responsible to tell us this, the first person i came across neither speak Turkish or English so had to walk all the way to reception and the pretty lady said the money that we paid is only for using the private bathroom for 1 hour and if we like to go to sauna, swimming pool ,or get massage we have to pay 90 tl each person for each of these so i kindly got back to the room to enjoy my most expensive morning shower. We spent half an hour inside , my guest wanted to use the sauna for a bit, i changed my clothes and waited for her by the reception. Nobody even asked if i'd like to drink something or did i enjoy it.. While i was paying the damage, i kindly told the receptionist lady that i found the service very expensive and unprofessional , i was still trying to be kind even though i was exteremely dissapointed with all that, what she said was another shock, she said " ye, we get this kind of complain from our customers" so my experience with this hotel just got worse and worse in every minute. absolutely never again..
You can get super hammam experiences in Istanbul famous ones with full service for exactly same money that i paid.. If you don't wanna ruin your holiday , just stay away from this. I usually don't leave review but this time i felt like i have to..response / report this review -

It was very clean and facilities were pretty good. They have two thermal pool but the only missing thing is a normal swimming pool.
