Staff very helpful. Breakfast acceptable. Hotel located near to Blue Masjid, Hajar Sofia Masjid, Tokapi Palace, Grand Bazaar, Spice Market, Bosphorus Straits etc. All are within walking distances about 5-10 mins.

The hotel is very well-located within walking distance to all major attractions in the old city. It is close to a tram station - very useful. The standard room is very small and could use some restoration but it has AC which was nice.Bathroom with shower, pretty clean, but we got a towel which had 4 holes in it and was extremely dirty. Breakfast is basic and open between 8:00 and 10:30. We needed to have something to eat at 7:45 one day because we were leaving on a tour and we requested a day in advance to get some early breakfast. Absolutely no way - they said they open at 8, no exception. At 7:45 we still went down to try and catch something and the second we touched the plates a woman started yelling from the kitchen in Turkish that breakfast opens at 8! Really frustrating. Good wifi in room and lobby. Overall, the experience was average. Next time i will probably look for a different hotel in the area at similar price.

I loved my stay here. The price and location were perfect and the juice/veg vendors wandering the streets plying their wares were incredible!

It's small but really good and it's really close to all the places in the old city though the slope is a bit tiring after a day of walking

It's quite a small hotel and located near the center of Sultanahmeh old city. The best thing here is so quiet but unfortunately for me because my room is so small although I'm not a big one. During my stayed, it had a toilet problem occurred every day. So it's not comfortable for me.

Excellent location behind the blue mosque, friendly staff, delicious breakfast. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

You must be honest when you write a comment about something.
If you live some trouble with hotel it is not mean that will be for all customers.
If you thing equitable you have to say THIS HOTEL ON WONDERFULL LOCATION. We are following humanist strategy. We have to preserve our name.
You have to think logical ,, there is a thousand of the hotel in ISTANBUL ,,
What is the our different???
-There is no elevator? Yes. But WHY?
*Our buildings are without elevator/lift because of the state does not allow to build elevator. To preserve historical texture; the state does not allow to owners rebuild buildings which buildings are older than 5 years old.
If you wanna live in old city that reason you have to know it.
We always respect our guests and it is pleasure for us to serve our guest.
We are happy when one of our guest happy. Because this is showing us that we do our job well.
