Staff needs English training
Rooms need to be improved and more cleaning
Room temperature should be control from inside the room not reception imagine I came late night went to bed and as soon as sun rise start feeling the heats in the room sun light direct to the room tried to turn air conditions on its only heating I call reception they said it’s winter we are in April so need proper managementresponse / report this review -

I stayed in lova hotel for 3 nights it was amazing, it had an amazing spa which also had a couple of pools and amazing treatment service and prices, but the only thin that i disliked was a worker in the reception which treated me as if am a complete stranger not a guest in the hotel.
But i would gladly recommend it for family or even for singles.response / report this review -

Very nice and clean hotel . Reasonable price despite being luxury . Easy to reach with public transportation (pink minibuses). Our kids had great time with the swimming pool, however, they charge fee if you invite other kids who are not hotel residents.
