Tweede keer dat we hier zijn en het is weer top. De hele dinerzaal is tussen 2017 en 2018 volledig vernieuwd en er zijn tal nieuwe activiteiten en faciliteiten bij gekomen voor jong, oud, en kids. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en velen spreken en verstaan ook Engels. De koelkast was ook dit jaar we goed gevuld en wordt ook bij gehouden en de schoonmaak is ook weer top en worden af en toe van verrassingen voorzien. Het strand is mooi en schoon en biedt ook veel schaduw voor de kids. Wat mij betreft gaan we volgend jaar weer!

Resort is nice and big. Some staff are helful yet others rude.we were a group of 25 ppl including children. At dinner a waiter come up to us and said "you should teach your kids not to waste food". Everyone knows how children eat some times all and domes times non, but No one has to right to tell anyone to teach their children anything.

The hotel needs upgrades especially the lifts. 3 stars because it is a 3 star hotel not a 5 star. Staff are nice and friendly. Food needs more varieties turkey and chicken dominates the menu. Pool side and slide saftey requires attention. Good standard of cleanliness.

Could be more English friendly feel like the hotel is owned by Vladimir Putin, all entertainment is Russian and hardly any of your staff speak English including your information desk and reception which i think is shocking, the hotel is really nice.

I hope OWNERS of this Hotel READ this review!! Please watch the security cameras and you'll see the comments below happening all the time.

Seen over 40 different Antalya resorts over the years and this is one of the worse hotels I've ever seen. This place must be inspected by the Health and Tourism departments for their quality and hygiene issues, asap!! I strongly recommend tourists to consider other hotels that worth their money.

Pros:
- Clean rooms and recently built facility.

Cons:
- Food is a disaster. Every ingredient from the meat to the juices are lowest quality. So bad, even smell is a turn off. Be careful what you eat here.
- Alcohol & drinks. BYOB is what I recommend for the guests because you won't be drinking them when you take a sip.
- Staff (Personnel). Staff always talk back to the guests, the way that they shouldn't be. Even managers in the hotel seem like having fun and yelling at people. I've seen staff and a manager literally stop and watching women guests! There is NO professionalism!

Me and my friends will be writing a letter to the Tourism Ministry about this hotel. We don't want tourists to have bad experience like we had.

MY SUGGESTION IS STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL THERE ARE MANY GREAT HOTELS AROUND.

My First impression is a yelling manager in front of guests in a rude and ugly way.
Staff members are clueless about their responsibilities, serving sucks, the way they talk is quite impolite.
I could not find a clean glass to enjoy my beverages for 3 days.
Stayed at the 6th floor and I don't know how but all food smoke -smell was on the 6th floor corridor.
We stayed at Harmony next to main resort and the only good thing I experienced there was front desk attendant Murat.
I tried beach many times but there was maintenance going on so I stop going because no one wanna lay in there with full sound of drills and swearing workers around and also way to much way to reach the sea.

Definitely one of the best hotels in the Antalya region with only a few problems. First and definitely the most annoying is the wait for the suites. We came when 100% if the hotel is booked so if the person who had your hotel room previously decides to extend their stay, your out of luck and the front desk will try to offer you a lesser suite then you paid for which is obviously a scam. Our only option was to accept the lesser suite and spend the night sleeping on top of each other. Finally the next day comes and the give us the suite we paid for. As soon as night comes we realize that the air conditioner down stairs doesn't work so once again we have to sleep on top of each other. Morning comes and we go to the front desk to complain. They tell us that they'll get the mechanic on it right away. A few hours pass and nothing happens. We go to complain again and they finally give us a working suite that we paid for. That of course was really annoying. The only other problem we encountered is the people and how often they skip lines and are rude in general. That really isn't the hotels problem but still annoying. Also the food was the same every single day when in other places we visited they had different food everyday. Overall it was a great experience there's a huge selection of water slides and pools and the beach is huge.

It is about 4 hours drive from Antalya airport (very long and boring journey). First impression is quite underwhelming. Staff speak mainly Turkish. minibar is a joke. You get served quick if you can speak Turkish or you are white at the beach bars. Worse still they make you wear a tag to indicate you are all inclusive. Beach area is not as good as some of its competitors. Quite a very big resort with little to show for it. Staff are trying to mqrket a poor priduct.

A great hotel and resort to relax by the pool or beach. Food is good and you have all you need to rest here. We had great holiday. But keep in mind it's a family hotel. Here are kids everywhere.

Really well planned hotel with fantastic aquparks. Aquaparks are not the biggest one but really really well planned best ones. If you have kids, everyone in the family will have lots of fun. Adults and Kids can have fun together at the aquparks at the same time.

Lots of different tasty foods at the restaurant all day. But fish menu is not that good for a meditarrean country. Defects are good.

Employers are not well educated but polite enough.

Would i come back again? Yes definetely !

I have just returned from the most horrendous holiday of my life.
I've had a terrible experience which nearly cost me my life.
The hotel switched off most of the lights or dimmed them to save money because it wasn't holiday season.
They decided to change the carpets in the corridors and had rolled back large carpets against the walls causing them to overhang across the corridor leading to the rooms.
I got out of the lift, on the opposite side to my room. Because it was dark I started going down the wrong corridor which had no carpet down. I then realised I was going the wrong way, turned back and walked towards my room. As I turned onto my corridor I flew over the overhanging carpet.
Electric shock pains went from my neck through my body. Luckily I'd put my hands out to try and break the fall. I managed to get back to my room in shock and pain and called reception.
They said they would send up a Dr. The person who came we later found out he was a male nurse. He spoke bearly any English and told me to come to his office where he massaged my neck and said that I didn't have to go to hospital.
I asked for a medical note and him and the hotel refused it.
I bearly slept that night and was in pain. I contacted my insurance and they arranged for me to go to hospital.
When I got there the neuro surgeon asked me why didn't I come in after the accident. I explained that I was told by the nurse that I didn't need to go to hospital.
He did all the scans and came back and told me if I'd fallen any harder that I would have either died or snapped my neck. He said I was very lucky.
I was in a state of shock and cried my heart out. I've only just turned 52 with 4 children 2 dependents and a single mum.
I didn't go there to die.
I had to undergo emergency neck surgery which was very dangerous.
God has blessed me with life to carry on and I'm forever greatful to him and the Dr he appointed to save my life.
During all of this the hotel never called or apologised for what they did.
The reps from Rsd Travel did not care. In the whole of the 11 days that I was in hospital they called twice at the beginning. Rushing off the phone to go and see to another group.
So many people had accidents there and they didn't care and just tried to cover things up.
If you value your life don't stay there because they don't value you. It's all about money for them

Amazing holiday,My children enjoyed all the activities and we were all extremely impressed with Internet service that was available all around the complex. Thinking of booking next year for us and extended family. Great place. We were given complimentary sea view duplex room, wonderful.
